Why choose Anglesey Cookery School?

With a varied selection of courses that run all year round, that include

cookery demonstrations, as well as half day and full day cookery courses, you

are guaranteed to find a course that will suit your level of interest.

Our chef tutor is fully qualified with a varied working background in

accomplished catering and hospitality settings in North Wales and London.

Our classes are designed for up to 6 students, paying particular attention to

the differing needs of the class and ensuring that there is a good mix of group

work and individual attention.

The courses will allow you to follow through the recipe and gain a practical

knowledge of the cooking and preparation techniques, ensuring that you

get a fulfilled experience of tuition and hands on practical cooking time.

We work very hard to ensure that all of our ingredients are locally sourced first

and foremost from Anglesey as best as is possibly practicable, our mission is to

support Anglesey food producers and ensuring that our food sourcing is

sustainable and ethical.
