Academic Priority Prioritization

Uses the prior 4 quarters of data to identify new Academic Priority students

and prioritize Academic Priority students into 3 categories: Priority 1, Priority 2 and Monitor.

For the most recent window, all measures are shown.

Students who did not make adequate progress from the prior benchmark window are highlighted. Students who are exempt from testing in the most recent benchmark window show as Exempt.

Lists students with their most recent OAKS results in all 4 subject areas, plus ADA and suspensions/expulsions for the school year. For Reading and Math, the RIT Gain from the prior year and the Growth Target* for the assessment are listed.

A current year Growth Target* is also shown.

Lists teacher schedules by period showing courses with counts of students Individual students are available by clicking on a teacher or course.

Highly Qualified Teacher Validation

Lists teacher licenses and endorsements, teacher schedules by period with student counts

Shows Highly Qualified status of the teacher for each course (Only Core Courses are assigned a status) Core course sections with a teacher who is not HQ to teach are highlighted in grey

Graphs discipline data for all schools in a Cluster (or all High Schools). Left side graphs show incident counts, and student counts.

Lists LEP students with 5 years of ELPA and most recent OAKS assessments. The most recent testing year shows all strands plus the Growth from the prior year.
