Celoxis Onboarding Program
Celoxis Onboarding Program is designed to help new customers in accelerating Celoxis adoption and time to value. Our experienced team of trainers and consultants will work closely with you and your team to reduce learning curve, thereby boosting adoption and optimizing your investment in Celoxis.
We have designed two onboarding packages. Both these packages are structured with a predefined yet flexible plan, to ensure your success with Celoxis. You can choose from these packages based on your organization’s project management requirements and mandated time to delivery.
1. Fast-track Program (1 week)
This program is designed to get you and your team up and running on Celoxis as quickly as possible. Mainly designed for organizations that need rapid user onboarding, this program gives a solid understanding of Celoxis key modules to start the work within a short time. The optional modules give you the flexibility to deep dive into additional project management topics. Program Objectives
Understanding of key Celoxis modules within a short time paving the way towards a faster return on investment. At the end of this program, your users will have a good familiarity of Celoxis and will be able to
1. Setup projects from scratch as well as import existing plans from Microsoft Project
2. Plan and track projects
3. View and update work items. Program Inclusions
1. 1 hour complimentary session to kick off, understanding business requirements and getting familiar with the kinds of projects you manage.
2. 5 sessions of 1 hour each to equip your team for managing real-life projects in Celoxis. Since this is a fast-track program, we assume that your team is experienced in using other project management tools such as Microsoft Project. In these 5 sessions, we will cover the following modules:

Basic Project Setup Project Planning & Tracking Advanced Topics Project Setup - Project Planning & Tracking - Advanced Topics Work Management 3. 1 Q&A session to address specific queries, training topics and/or
product configuration.
4. Optional Modules(at added cost per module), to cover additional project
management topics. These provide for end user training and will ensure your ongoing success with Celoxis. There are six different modules and you can pick any module(s) that are relevant to your use and will be conducted in the subsequent week.

2. Comprehensive Program (4 weeks)
Our comprehensive program is designed to ensure new enterprise customers adopt and deploy Celoxis as smoothly as possible. The program starts with focus on the basics and progresses to train teams on several key aspects to make sure they derive maximum benefits from all the advanced capabilities available in the system.
Program Objectives
Accelerating adoption of Celoxis as a practice with a unique mix of explainer and hands-on interactive sessions. Reduce Admin time to quickly set up & configure your account to suit your organization policies. Build a foundation to get optimal value from Celoxis.
Program Inclusions
1. 1 hour complimentary session to kickoff, understanding business requirements and getting familiar with the kinds of projects you manage.
2. 9 sessions of 1 hour each to equip your teams for managing real-life projects in Celoxis. These sessions will cover the following essential and advanced modules:

3. 3 hands-on virtual sessions of 2 hours each to get better feel of the application and training material thus resulting in greater retention of the fundamental modules. We will cover the following modules:

Topics Work Management In these sessions, our expert will demonstrate certain scenarios and then all trainees will login to their respective Celoxis accounts and will
perform the same scenarios as shown by our expert. Logins for these hands-on sessions will be provided by the expert at the beginning of each session. Celoxis experts will be available to address any queries teams might have during the hands-on sessions.
4. 3 Q&A sessions of 1 hour each to address specific queries, training topics and/or product configuration.
5. Focussed training plan so that different user groups can plan their other work schedules appropriately:
a. Week 1 - PM

Terms and Conditions
1. We require 2 weeks advance notification to book a schedule. 2. Session Timings:
a. North America: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM US Eastern time. b. EMEA: 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT.
c. APAC: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Australian Eastern time.
3. All Sessions are live online session conducted via Gotomeeting / Webex. 4. This program is limited to six months from the date of purchase. Any
unused hours will expire and are not refundable.
5. Any rescheduling of sessions can be done 72 hours before the scheduled session. We will not reschedule any session in case of no-show.
6. We do not record or distribute our training and Q&A sessions.
7. Additional training / Q&A sessions can be purchased as and when needed.
