Outdated IT infrastructure, including the data warehouse and BI/ MIS, was a big challenge for the company. Moreover, a massive amount of manual work was required to produce MIS reports. Thakral One re-designed the data warehouse on SQL Server and ETL routines, as well as built a new risk scorecard for credit risk monitoring. The client saw improved efficiencies, as much as three times, in data uploads.
