The sought-after SLIM programme is a result of our long-term study in the weight loss field. A few years ago, we created a unique programme that has already brought permanent weight loss and an improved condition to many clients. This programme is intended for active clients. It includes more frequent and longer exercise sessions in the Fitness Laboratory, and exercis-es are done using a sophisticated HUBER MOTION LAB device under the coach supervision. All the typexercis-es of SLIM programme are based on an individual diet put together by a nutritional therapist and on original technologies that help to destroy fat cells. The client uses the SLIM Laboratory, where we work with the Vanquish Me radiofrequency device and an aesthetic shock wave.

The Organic & Garden Spa are only open to guests over the age of 10.

Children under 15 years of age may only enter when accompanied by an adult. This restriction is to ensure peace and quiet for guests as they relax. Please contact reception for the times when you can visit the Organic & Garden Spa with children. Small children must wear a swimming costume in the pool; this may be purchased from the wellness reception.
