A new Journey eating disorder center® is the first Adolescent partial day treatment and Intensive outpatient program in santa monica, california. We offer a unique array of treatment programs for adolescents suffering from anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating and other related and co-occurring disorders. our programs are designed and conducted by a multidisciplinary team of professionals with years of experience in the field of eating disorders, mental health, addictions and compulsive disorders. A new Journey eating disorder center offers innovative treatment options for clients who do not require residential care and for those who need continuing care following the completion of inpatient treatment.

A new Journey’s primary focus is to ensure emotional and physical well being from destructive eating, self-destructive behaviors and negative thinking. treatment programming consists of a combination of specialized groups, nutritional meal planning, supervised meals, meal processing and educational presentations designed to support the recovery process.

A new Journey’s Adolescent partial day treatment and Intensive outpatient program are for male and female adolescents struggling with eating disorder issues. the Intensive Outpatient Program meets five days a week after school and is specifically designed to work with the client’s school schedule. our partial day treatment is appropriate for those adolescents needing a more intensive program. clients may attend the partial day program, intensive outpatient program or both depending on the level of support needed.
