A top 20 global technology company needed to enhance performance and optimize the
efficiency of its contingent workforce. The client was looking for a comprehensive assessment
of their contingent workforce sourcing program. with over 4,500 suppliers in place globally,
managing and evaluating them became an impossible task.
Solution
TAPFIN was selected to implement a global MSP program for the company’s 17,000
contractors. The solution included a thorough assessment of all contingent workforce vendors
and an analysis of the supporting systems and business processes. we also oversaw the global
implementation and ongoing program management of a customized vendor Management
System (vMS), including process oversight and systems administration.
