intoxicated son Rudy Ramos, 33, back home to Corning. Graciela advised Rudy was in the back seat of her vehicle when he somehow opened the rear door of the vehicle and fell out. Graciela advised Rudy claimed he was being kidnapped after a passerby was assisting him on his feet. Graciela advised she called 911 because at the time she did not know the passerby was assisting Rudy. Graciela advised she and Rudy were safe in Corning. The incident was determined to be unfounded and documented.
