Training Description:

Over the past few years, the warehouse operations have been upgraded without a corresponding enhancement of warehousing activities. Companies are now experiencing problems in keeping pace with the variety of products as it is received from various processing areas. Space utilization, material handling and data collection are just some of the challenges that arise. This training course provides you with an insight to assess your warehouse’s effectiveness and efficiency.

This training course will discuss how to increase warehouse operations productivity, streamline the flow of materials and provide superior service, effectively manage distribution operations and motivate and manage warehouse personnel.
