Required Minimum

Version for Direct Update A direct update is not supported with AvePoint CRM Migration Manager 3.1.1. To avoid potential errors, you must uninstall your previous version of CRM Migration Manager before installing 3.1.1.

Supported Microsoft

Dynamics CRM Versions Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 (Online and On-Premises) or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (Online and On-Premises).

New License Required? A new license is required with every update of CRM Migration Manager. Please contact AvePoint Support for an updated license.

New Features

• AvePoint CRM Migration Manager 3.1.1 now includes Japanese language support. • Opportunities related to Salesforce Contacts now migrate to Dynamics CRM.

Known Issues

• Running another full migration of an Extract job directly after a successful full migration may cause the migrated objects' count to display incorrectly in the job details.

• Migration of the E-mail template is not supported.

• New users cannot be created in the destination through a migration job when the destination is an Office 365 Dynamics Online environment; only existing users are migrated.

• When Expected Response of Campaign is configured in the source, and then an Extract job and

Load job are performed, no data is migrated to the Expected Response of Campaign in the

destination.

• AvePoint CRM Migration Manager 3.1 now supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Online and On-Premises.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug where an Entity Mapping plan cannot be saved when selecting all entities in a Salesforce trial version.

• Fixed a bug that caused the first and last name of a newly mapped destination user to display incorrectly.

Known Issues
