Quality Improvements

The following quality issue was resolved in CCH Practice Management v4.60 Hotfix:

ITS 49952: Standing orders: Auto-posting client bills no longer being posted after upgrade to v4.60

Previously, after upgrading to v4.60 of Practice Management any standing order bills set to Auto post were no longer being posted.

Users will need to manually post any standing order bills that were set to auto post but were not automatically posted.

ITS 50009: Splitting of CCH Central Task Permission: Employee Can Modify

After upgrading to v4.60 of Practice Management (and CCH Central v1.9.0), the employee tabs were again controlled by the CCH Central Permission ‘#Employee #Can Modify’ (bringing this back in line with earlier versions). A new Practice Management Task Permission ‘#Employee #Can Modify PM’ has been introduced to allow practices the ability to lock the CCH Central Employee Tabs while allowing access to the CCH Practice Management Employee Tabs.

By default the #Employee #Can Modify PM permission is not set to allow, Superusers will need to apply this permission against their various security groups where applicable.
