Now define the over draft limit in bank OD a/c

– Navigate to ‘Gateway of Tally’ >

‘Accounts Info'. > Legder > Create / Alter > Select the required Bank Ledger > ‘Over Draft Limit Amount’. Set ‘Yes’ to an option whether ‘Control’ or ‘Warning’.

If Bank OD limit exceeds & control is enabled, an error message at payment voucher:

Bank OD Utilization Report, Navigate to – Gateway of Tally > Display Menu > Accounts Book > OD Limit Utilization >

select the required bank OD a/c from the list avaliable:

In this report, view entries having CR bank balance (closing balance) only.

FAQs

Will I be able to control the access of this report for my users?

Yes, In this report the same security is applied on ‘Bank Accounts’ through security level

What is the minimum release requirement of this add-on?

It will work fine with the Tally.ERP9 release 2.1 onwards. Still we insist for a satisfactory try before buy.

What if I upgrade my ERP to a newer version available in the future?

Most of the add-ons by Impressive Star would work with the coming releases as they are generic by design. However, if there is any major code change, an update of the add-on would be made available.
