c-tS combined door locks
The MACO PROTECT C-TS combined door lock enables the fabrication of a wide range of easy to operate door styles from a single multipoint door lock.
It is a highly secure multipoint locking system that is PAS24 ready straight from the box, no need to add extra shootbolts. The C-TS also comes with a single function for use as a lever lever or a split spindle lock.
With its smaller compact central lockcase the C-TS dead bolt is operated from the lever handle, this reduces the force required to lock the door. The MACO easy latch reduces noise and force required to latch the door and also ensures a simple latch release mechanism to enable left or right handed operation by simply reversing the latch.

Security performance comes as standard with the C-TS door lock
For PVC and 12mm air gap timber and composite doors MACO have developed a new range of combined hook and cam striker plates.
Cams are located next to steel hooks and the gasket compression is achieved through the cams, the hooks act as a passive security device and do not have any responsibility for compressing the weather seals. The result is a high performing, high security door that operates with the lightest of forces and this operation is the same for 2 or 4 cam door locks.
The C-TS combined hook and cam strike gives unrivalled levels of adjustment, the gasket compression can be easily adjusted by +/- 1.5mm using a 4mm allen key, a further adjustment of +/- 0.75mm comes from the locking cam. Difficult to operate doors will be a thing of the past.

The door sash closes into the frame and locks (including the deadbolt) without operating the key. All locking elements are
secured against back pressure. The locking mechanism is triggered by a magnet that is positioned within the central latchplate.

Adjusting the hinges is often restricted and time-consuming. Two people are required to adjust an installed door, one holds the door sash whilst the other adjusts the hinge.
The T80C composite door hinge eliminates these scenarios. The sash and frame linkage arm of the T80 C composite door hinge securely locks the two parts together during assembly and adjustment. Using a T20 key, one person can easily adjust an
installed door whenever
necessary – when adjusting the hinges the door will not drop.

security points of protection. The break secure system is designed to detach from the main body under attack resulting in less cylinder protrusion for further attack. A

The PAS hardware in the RAIL SYSTEMS series is a high-quality sliding solution with parallel retract functionality that complements the product range. It is based on the proven roller technology used for the Tilt and
Slide hardware. MACO offer a
variety of striker plates to ensure that the PAS system is
compatible with a wide range of
PVC profile systems and Timber
designs.
In addition to the flexibility and ease of use, the system offers
occupants the option to enjoy secure ventilation around the entire sash.
The PAS hardware excels with a
retracting distance of 125mm.
This makes it possible to accommodate very thick sash
profiles that are primarily used in
eco conscious new builds. Examples of this can be found within the construction of Passive Houses and Zero Carbon Homes.
The user need only exert
minimum force to close the sash. The integrated energy store ensures that the sash is
automatically pulled towards the
frame in one fluid effortless
motion.
This ease of operation is
achieved through a combination of the integrated energy store located in the roller and the damper on the scissor stay. The suspension package installed in the energy store preserves the energy released when the sash is opened. When you close the sash, the stored energy is released to help move the sash back into the closed position. Discrete guide blocks attached to the frame tracks are used to
trigger the operation. The PAS hardware excels with a retracting distance of 125mm.

The special thing about MACO
TRICOAT fittings is that an organic
Top-Coat (‘MKS’ micro corrosion protection system) is applied on top of the electrogalvanised surface of the installed Silver-look
fittings.
With this coating system MACO
TRICOAT fittings achieve a very
high level of chemical resistance and are, as a result far superior
than electrogalvanised fittings with
regard to corrosion. The highest corrosion resistance with an environmentally friendly process. The quality of the MACO
TRICOAT fittings is well above the requirements specified in grade 5
of EN 1670:2007. Corrosion tests with over 1000hrs red coloured rust in accordance with EN ISO 9227 have been carried out by accredited testing institutes.
As with the MACO Silver-look
surface-finish, this is an
exceptionally environmentally friendly coating.
Application areas:
Generally speaking anywhere where corrosion resistance of the
electrogalvanised surface-finishes is not sufficient; for example in
coastal areas, industrially congested areas, damp rooms, industrial premises with high corrosion impact, timber
containing acids (e.g. oak, Accoya . . .), indoor swimming pools, food processing companies such as butchers‘ shops, cheese dairies, etc.
