Assignment Judge Bookbinder will read the Law Day Proclamation to the invited public. The Hon. Gerard H. Breland will sing the National Anthem and the Pemberton High School J-ROTC cadets will present the colors.

The Burlington Bar Association will present Miranda at 50: Still Singing like a Canary. A retrospective on

Miranda v. Arizona and its enduring legacy will be discussed by a panel of experts that includes the retired Judge Dennis J. Braithwaite, James A. Ronca, Esq., Deputy First Assistant Prosecutor (retired), and public defender Kevin Walker. Accompanying the panel discussion, Trial Court Administrator Jude Del Preore and Public Defender Alicia J. Hubbard will offer musical selections rewritten to highlight the Miranda theme. General Public, Court Staff, Attorneys, Elected and Appointed Officials, Local Law Schools
