Samsung representatives will join with your sales team to visit your customers’ site(s), to offer a comprehensive analysis. We’ll make sure the right machines are matched with the right requirements, and make sure each workgroup understands which features would most benefit efficiency. How it Works
PrintFleet Enterprise software is installed on a non-dedicated server at your client’s location. PrintFleet Enterprise then collects critical printing data directly from each device every 30 minutes and sends it to a central database server, where it becomes easily accessible via a custom web portal. Data is completely secure, and access is controlled via user-based security control protocols. PrintFleet software can also track printing data from locally connected printing devices by collecting information directly from the device.
Agnostic and Comprehensive Model Database
PrintFleet Enterprise simplifies the complexity of managing an infrastructure of printers and MFPs that must be monitored, maintained, serviced and supplied with consumables. Regardless of manufacturer, PrintFleet provides a single tool for control and accountability.

Create Reports for Internal and External Use
Improve your clients’ decision-making capabilities with detailed reports, which can be easily created and displayed in a variety of formats, including CSV for easy data manipulation. Reports can be scheduled to inform clients of such things as when and where they require supplies or service the most. These customizable reports can be sent automatically to one or more email recipients on a regular basis, or can be downloaded as pdf documents directly from a web interface.
Develop Proactive Supplies and Service Programs
Clients can create status alerts based on event and occurrence thresholds, triggers, standard and vendor error codes, and even LCD screen text. PrintFleet Enterprise can also notify clients when select alert conditions occur multiple times over a specified time period. This can help avoid sending a technician for trivial issues (such as paper jams), and alert clients to send a technician when a device has multiple incidents within a given time period.
