WebTitle Agency hosts
Grand Opening of Corporate Headquarters
WebTitle Agency (“WebTitle”) and partner companies Cascade Settlement Agency
(“Cascade”) and Customized Lenders Services (“CLS”) recently celebrated the grand opening of its new location at 500-A Canal View Boulevard in Brighton. The relocation of the corporate headquarters for WebTitle, Cascade, and CLS took place in August with an official ribbon cutting
ceremony on November 8.
On hand for the event were U.S. Representative Louise Slaughter, State Senator Joe Robach, Brighton Town Supervisor William Moehle and County Legislator John Howland- along with many
guests.
The new corporate headquarters occupies approximately 31,000 square feet with 37
separate offices, multiple training rooms with versatile conference space, Wi-Fi access and upwards of 200 parking spaces. This new facility will allow the staff of 160 to better integrate the three business units, further enhance the products/services offered to better serve the needs of their client partners and allow ample space for continued expansion. This new space doubles the square footage they occupied prior to relocating to Canal View in August and has already allowed for the addition of
31 new team members.
WebTitle also added a branch office in the Executive Office Building downtown at 36 W. Main Street, Suite 51, to focus on walk-in attorney traffic in close proximity to the County Clerk’s Office, treasurer,
City Hall and Surrogate’s Court. An open house was held on December 13th for this location.

4th Consecutive Year in the Rochester Top 100!

WebTitle Agency was once again named one of the Top 100 fastest growing privately held businesses in Rochester for the 4th
consecutive year.
On November 1st, 2012 a select group of WebTitle team members attended the Top 100 Awards Luncheon at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center to celebrate this achievement (See picture above). During the luncheon each company is
recognized which allows a little team spirt to be shown. We certainly had a lot to celebrate when WebTitle was announced, this
included a little cheering and napkin twirling!
We are truly honored to receive such a recognition and would like to express our sincere appreciation to our loyal client partners for helping WebTitle achieve this honor. Thank you from our ownership group and team members.

WebTitle helps raise $7,407
towards Breast Cancer
On Sunday, September 30th, 2012, the WebTitle family was happy to come together to support the American Cancer Society’s “Strides Against Breast Cancer” Walk for the 6th consecutive year in a row. 9,000 people rallied to participate
in the event, including many of our WebTitle team. This year the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk
raised $805,000 in the Greater Rochester Area. WebTitle raised $7,407.00. We were the 7th ranked company in regards to the highest total money raised. Isn’t that fantastic?!
The WebTitle team helped raised additional money for the cause by participating in sales of baked goods and a silent auction. We had many great items in our silent auction this year including a wine basket made by our CLS team (which was the highest bid on item!), Wegman’s gift cards, and many
hand made items from our team.
WebTitle gladly sponsored the Messages of Hope Memorial Tent again this year. This years theme was “Make Your Point”. Participants and volunteers had the opportunity to place a pin and make their point on a map of Monroe County for a walker participating in the event, a survivor of cancer or a memorial pin for someone who has passed. This map will be hung in Hope Lodge located
in Rochester, NY. Hope Lodge is a housing option for cancer patients, sponsored entirely by the American
Cancer Society.
We want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who helped support our fund-raising efforts for
the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. None of this would have been possible without your generosity and

adopt three families this year.

TRICK OR TREAT
At WebTitle we like to incorporate a little fun into our work day. To get into the spirit of Halloween the WebTitle team could participate in a department decorating and costume contest.
Of course we also had a Halloween lunch with tons of food! If you walked around the office you crossed the witch’s layer in accounting and giant spiders in our Cascade/CLS department, the tax
department had a Village of Spooky Hollow. We even had a haunted house in our Recording Department. Below we have shared some photos of our WebTitle Halloween. Enjoy!
