e-Payment for e-Procurement

Four types of Payments are there in the tendering process.

a) Tender Fee/Form Fee

b) EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) c) Tender Processing Fee

d) Registration Fees

The first two fees belong to the departments and the last two belongs to the ITI. Department Payments:

For the department fees the gateway are being provided by the HDFC Bank. HDFC Bank gateway has been made live by for Punjab Infotech Department. There will be four modes of Payments:

a) Internet Payment Gateway (IPG): Any bank Visa/Master Credit Card/Debit Card can be used for the payment process.

b) Direct Pay/Internet Banking: Payment can be made through the internet banking user id and password. For e.g. If the bidder has selected HDFC Bank then he has to use his HDFC Bank internet Banking user id and password.

c) NEFT/RTGS (National Electronic Fund Transfer/Real Time Gross Settlement): For this bidder has to download the NEFT Challan, fill the challan and submit to the any of the bank.

d) OTC (Over the Counter): For this bidder has to download the OTC Challan, fill the challan and submit to the any of the authorized HDFC bank.

Payment of Tender Fee

a) Internet Payment Gateway:

Step 2: Click on “All Types of e-Payment” for paying the amount through any of the Master/Visa credit/debit card. Refer Figure 2:

Step 3: Click on the Bank logo for paying the amount through Credit Card/Debit Card. An e-Payment Order Form will Open. Refer Figure 3 and Figure 4.

Step 4: Once clicked on “Pay Now” under e-Payment Order Form, Bank Website will open for entering the Card Details. Fill the Details like Card No, CVV, Expiration Date, Card Holder Name, Security Characters. Click on “Submit” to confirm the Payment. Refer Figure 5

Step 5: Once clicked on “Submit”, a new page will open to confirm the payment. Click on “Pay” icon. Refer Figure 6.

Step 6: Once clicked on “Pay”, a new page will open to enter the 3D Secure PIN. If still vendor don’t want to do the transaction, click on the Cancel Button. Refer Figure 7.

Step 7: As soon as the vendor will click on Submit button, they will get the transaction no for future references. Refer Figure 8

Figure 8 b) Internet Banking

If the bidder wishes to pay the Tender Fee through Internet Banking, they have to follow the following steps:

Step 2: Click on “Internet Banking” for paying the amount through HDFC Account. Refer Figure 10:

Step 3: Click on the Bank logo for paying the amount through Credit Card/Debit Card. An e-Payment Order Form will Open. Refer Figure 11 and Figure 12.

Step 4: Once clicked on “Pay Now”, bank website will open for filling the user id and password. Enter the User Id and Password, click on Continue. Refer Figure 13.

Step 7: Note down the reference no for future reference. Refer Figure 16

Figure 16 c) Payment through NEFT/RTGS

Step 1: Click on the for purchasing Tender Document Online. Refer Figure 17:

Step 2: Click on “HDFC NEFT Challan” for paying the amount by generating the NEFT Challan and submitting the same to any of the bank where the user holds his account. Refer Figure 18 and Figure 19:

Step 3: Take the print out of the Challan and submit it to any of the Bank where he holds the account. It will take approx 24Hours to update.

d) Over the Counter (OTC)

Step 1: Click on the for purchasing Tender Document Online. Refer Figure 20:

Step 2: Click on “HDFC OTC Challan” for paying the amount by generating the OTC Challan and submitting the same to any of the authorized HDFC bank. Refer Figure 21.

Step 3: Take the print out of the Challan and submit it to any of the authorized HDFC Bank. It will take approx 24Hours to update.

ITI online Payments:

Currently Payment of Processing Fee is only through Internet Payment Gateway. It can be done through any of the Master/Visa Credit/Debit Card.

Step 1: Click on the for paying the Tender Processing Online. Refer Figure 22:

Step 6: Once clicked on “Pay”, a new page will open to enter the 3D Secure PIN. If still vendor don’t want to do the transaction, click on the Cancel Button. Refer Figure 28.
