Raised Access Floors

Tate ConCore access floor panels are epoxy coated unitised shells consisting of a flat steel top sheet welded to a formed steel bottom sheet filled with a highly controlled mixture of lightweight cement. Manufactured to exact tolerances these solid panels deliver the ultimate in design, performance, plenum integrity, service and usability.

Structural Ceiling Grid

Tate Airflow Ceiling Grid is a continuously thread along grid that allows for support of building infrastructure at any location in data hall (white space) areas. An integrated solution for supporting containment structures, cable trays, caging and power distribution systems, Ceiling Grid supports up to 167 kg/m.

Airflow Management

Directional Airflow Panels

Tate Airflow has a full line of directional airflow panels to cater to all your data centre cooling needs, almost doubling the cooling capacity for the same amount of airflow.

Providing virtual containment without limiting flexibility, directional airflow panels eliminate bypass air in excess of 85�. This precise delivery of air offers many financial benefits for both new and existing facilities.

Airflow Sensors & Controls

SmartAire® MZ automated multi-zone damper offers automatic

balancing by delivering the right amount of air to the equipment at the right time, ensuring the correct inlet temperature is maintained. Failsafe in operation and continuously self-balancing, SmartAire® MZ adjusts cooling independently

to 4 separate zones of a rack to allow for server idle mode, equipment refresh and rapid deployment without overcooling. The SenseAire sensor network provides visual indicators for over/under cooled equipment and real time remote monitoring of data centre conditions with a log of historical data.

Aisle Containment Systems

The ContainAire® aisle containment system range features: soft

partitions; hard partitions, single and dual sliding doors; strip doors; rigid roofs; and custom solutions.

Cold & Hot Aisle Containment

A cold aisle containment system physically encloses an aisle, trapping the supply air inside the aisle. Containing an entire row of air can improve capacity and energy efficiency by reducing by-pass airflow.

Hot aisle containment isolates hot air from the room and provides a return paths to the plenum. The entire room can be cooled while the exhaust air is isolated to keep it from mixing with the cool air in the rest of the room.

IsoFlo®

The IsoFlo cabinet completely isolates the IT cooling and exhaust flow from the rest of the facility. An energy-efficient, future-proofed system, IsoFlo® easily accommodates

expanding ASHRAE thermal guidelines.

The IsoFlo® system features: raised floor supply; ceiling return; and, enclosed cabinet.

An optional pressure controlled damper system is available.

ContraFlo®

The ContraFlo® cabinet turns airflow upside down to offer an alternative to

hot aisle containment without overhead obstructions. Using a raised floor plenum as the return plenum, ContraFlo can simplify the requirements needed to successfully isolate hot exhaust air.

The ContraFlo® system features raised floor return and enclosed cabinet.
