LexisNexis University is the convenient location to register for your Litigation Software training. The University offers many delivery methods for your hands-on training including OnDemand classes available 24/7, Live Virtual,

and Classroom sessions. All classes are designed to increase knowledge and improve skills for maximum end user productivity and efficiency.

These sessions, delivered about once a month, are held over the web and Classroom settings.

LAW PreDiscovery Advanced Concepts

Participants will elevate their knowledge of LAW with advanced concepts, best practice workflows and new functionality. There will be a roundtable discussion focusing on best practice sharing and a Q&A session with the Product team.

LAW PreDiscovery 101: eDiscovery Principles

This foundational class will prepare you for your first experiences with the electronic discovery process and for all other LAW

PreDiscovery classes offered on LexisNexis University (previously known as LAW PreDiscovery Fundamentals).

If you have any role in the electronic discovery process or system administration, it’s imperative to understand how your daily tasks will be enhanced by the software you use. If you are new to LAW PreDiscovery, this class is the right place to start.

Learn how LAW PreDiscovery fits into the overall discovery process and how to handle basic electronic discovery. Topics Include:

• Discovery Processes and Tools • The LAW PreDiscovery Interface • Creating a New Case

• Importing Files into the Case • Reviewing the Import Session • Batch Processing

• Addressing Import and TIFF Conversion Errors • Numbering and Endorsing Pages

• Exporting Data to Document Review Software

NOTE: We strongly recommend attending this class to prepare for additional LAW PreDiscovery classes. It’s included with your certification class(es) at no additional cost. However, if you have been using LAW PreDiscovery for at least 3 months and are confident in your basic electronic discovery skills, you may wish to progress to certification level classes immediately. After registering for your selected certification bundle, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to an opt-out test for LAW 101.

This certification will elevate your standing to an expert in LAW PreDiscovery Administration (previously known as LAW PreDiscovery Certified Administrator).

If you’ve been tasked with Administrator duties like installing LAW PreDiscovery, maintaining cases and licensing, this is

the right industry-recognized certification for you. Every firm and service provider needs Certified Administrators to avoid the
