If you get lost:

If you ever get lost, either on your first day or on your way home to your host family or on an activity, please call someone to help. You should immediately call your host family, your group leader and the ISI Emergency phone. Please stay in the same place, close to something you can describe like a shop, street name, or business. Don’t panic, we’ll be able to find you. Don’t speak to strangers unless they are a shop keeper, and do not go anywhere with someone unless ISI give you permission.

On your day of departure:

Please make sure you know what time you will be collected and your flight departure time.

Please make sure you inform your host family of these details

If your departure transfer is by private bus, your host family will drop you to the meeting point (pictured below). This is the same host family meeting point as your day of arrival.

If your departure transfer is by taxi, a taxi will arrive at your host family at an agreed time. The taxi fare is paid by ISI, but you may need to sign a form to confirm you arrived safely. Each taxi will collect a number of students so please be patient if it does not arrive on time. However, if you have not been collected within two hours of departure please contact +353 87 786 4937 (dial 00 353 87 786 4937) immediately and inform your host family.
