• $100 per month for up to 30 hours per month • Schedule office use via an online calendar

• Use of private, Temporary Office space available

• A desk away from your desk to focus on your business plan,

strategic plan, or special project

• $10 per hour / $50 per day / $150 per week (8am – 5pm; M-F)

• Conference Room rental

Pre-Biz Workshop

A three hour workshop to determine if starting a small business is the right thing for you. Visionaries work in a facilitated peer group to get excited about their vision for a

business and what comes next to take their vision to the next level.

• This workshop reviews the ‘Five Things to Consider Before Starting Your Own Business’ and provides

participants with tools to asses their new business idea. • At the end of this workshop, participants will have

established a business proposal to take their business idea to the next level.

The Business Start-Up Program

Entrepreneur Project

The 6-month Business Start-Up Program is an intensive program that covers content relevant to new business owners.

• Along with mentoring from an experienced and knowledgeable coach, participants

benefit from masterminding and resource sharing with the other members of the group.

• Development of personal and business skills allows participants to determine the right steps to reach their business goals.

• The submittal of a completed business plan guides participants in creating the financial, marketing and sales systems and tools needed to open their business.

The Entrepreneur Project: Be Your Own

Business Owner

The 3-month Entrepreneur Project: Be Your Own Business Owner is a

shortened, intensive program that will guide you through focusing your energy towards bringing your business to the next step by achieving your goals.

Create a Strategic Plan that will be the roadmap for growth in your business and

for your Income, Lifestyle, Wealth and Equity goals.

Create a Financial Plan that will help you to increase revenues and create more

profit in your company

Work on your Time Management to learn how to find more time in the day for an

improved work/life balance

Leadership Circle

• The Leadership Circle provides a confidential circle of like-minded

entrepreneurs working together to strengthen leadership and improve management and operations.

• Topics range according to the group’s interest and include sales,

marketing, human resources, values, strategic planning, and

leadership. Through these management roundtables, participants access a broad and deep pool of seasoned experience; share ideas, resources, problems and solutions; and expand their networks.

Marketplace Member Support

The Hannah Grimes Marketplace provides a real-life Retail

Classroom to members and vendors looking to sell their

goods on consignment at wholesale cost.

• Along with mentoring from an experienced and

knowledgeable Marketplace Manager, members can benefit from targeted workshops and one-on-one

counseling through programs at the Hannah Grimes Center.

• Specifically targeted programs assist small producers and growers to enter, vet their products and succeed in the

• The $805,650 renovation project will substantially

increase Hannah Grimes’ ability to start and grow

businesses in our region. The renovation project will:
