Undertake documentation for infrastructure construction, maintenance and operations bids around Australia, including bid planning, project management, technical response writing, graphic design and production.
Develop management plans, such as asset management system responses, maintenance management plans, work execution plans, project management plans, plans for quality, safety, environment, community engagement, local industry participation, industrial relations, human resources, traffic management and mobilisation.
ProCurement
Client & Contractors: Recommend and develop appropriate procurement system, define scope of works, prepare tender documentation, manage the procurement process, review tenders, manage supplier negotiations and award contracts.

Contractors: Formulate scope of works, develop delivery methodologies, provide quantity take offs and formulate these into a priced tender by estimating from first principles.
Undertake risk/opportunities assessment and develop alternative tenders.
Clients: Prepare project budget estimates and tender documentation, call tenders, review tender submissions and make recommendations.

Omar Faruqi

Omar has 30 years’ engineering and management experience in the design, construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients.
Omar has worked across a broad range of industries including, road, rail, power, and water. He had undertaken key engineering and management roles including Contract Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager and Project Engineer on infrastructure projects.
Andrey Kandic
Be(Civil), associate Diploma in Structural engineering (SIt), fIeaust, CPeng Andrey has over 17 years’ civil and structural engineering design experience. He has worked on numerous design and construction projects, including bridges, viaducts and underground work, and has a thorough understanding of the design and implementation process for private and public sector projects.
Khalid Javed

Khalid has 30 years’ experi-ence delivering transport infrastructure projects through all phases of their lifecycle, in state and local government, consulting and contracting organisations, including over a decade with the NSW RMS. He has delivered capital works, bridge re-constructions,
rehabilitation projects, tunnel systems upgrades, road asset management, traffic and road safety projects.

Keith Rigby
Keith has over 30 years’ experience in road and traffic transport infrastructure roles, in both private and public sectors.
He is a specialist provider of tendering services for infrastructure construction, maintenance and operations bids around Australia, including bid planning, project management, technical response writing, design and production. He has extensive tendering experience in road, rail, tunnel, water and electricity distribution engineering bids.
Ramy Youssef
Be(Civil), registered raB-QSa lead auditor Ramy has over 21 years’ experience developing, implementing and managing business systems for major construction projects. He specialises in building Certification and Accreditation systems. He is well-known in the industry for his skills in quality assurance on major infrastructure projects. He brings extensive experience from working in high-profile companies such as Abigroup, Aurecon, Barclay Mowlem (now Laing O’Rourke) and NACE.
Ben Greentree
Be(hons)(Civil)
Ben is a civil engineer with over 17 years’ experience working locally and internationally on high profile bridge, road and rail projects.
He specialises in planning, design management and delivery of civil infrastructure, including construction and temporary works, design advice and esti-mating. Ben has previously held senior roles as Design Manager, Project Manager with Tier 1 contractors.
Joseph Tobiano
Be(mech), Diploma of Building Studies joseph has 30 years’ experience as a construction project manager and building services engineer.
He specialises in the design and installation of systems and services including mechanical, fire protection, and hydraulic systems in residential and commercial buildings. He has also undertaken bulk excavation, geotechnical works, piling, anchoring and dewatering for road works and residential car parks.
Paul Bensley

Paul is a highly competent and experienced engineer with a breadth of local and internal experience.
Paul has demonstrated capability and expertise across wide ranging project areas that and include structures, rail, rail possessions, earthworks, road works, paving, estimating and tendering, procurement, programming, cost control, traffic control, pre-cast operations, subcontractor management, plant and site management.
Asher Trounce

Since graduating university in 2006, Asher has been working in the heavy civil construction industry for leading civil construction contractors as a construction and delivery engineer.
Asher has been involved in all aspects of construction and specialises in planning, forecasting, management, supervision and reporting on construction industry from bulk earthworks to detailed steel and concrete structures on significant civil projects including highways and dams.
