CoolPro™ Climate Control Products warrants the products it offers, to the original purchaser only, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (90) ninety days from date of purchase. CoolPro™ Climate Control Products reserves the option to replace any defective part(s) or issue cred-it at the original sale price only. Both the implied warranties of merchantabilcred-ity and fcred-itness for a particular pur-pose are limited in their duration to the above warranty period. No agreement or promise is made to reimburse for labor or refrigerant loss in the replacement of any part(s). There will be no credit for labor or other costs incurred in connection with any defective part(s).

CoolPro™ Climate Control Products will not warrant its products if it is determined that alternative refrigerants have been used. We warrant our products under this agreement only if R-12 or R-134a refrigerant is used in the mobile A/C system.

There are no representations, warranties or conditions expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, except those herein contained. CoolPro™ Climate Control Products assumes no liability for damages, losses or injuries direct or consequential that may arise from the use or inability to use its products. Any part(s) damaged as a result of misuse, poor installation, alteration or any other abuse, including improper packaging of returns to CoolPro™ Climate Control Products, will not be given warranty consideration regardless of the original claimed defect. Coolpro™ Climate Control Products warrants its compressors to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of sale to the original end-user. This limited warranty covers the compressor only and does not include labor of any kind or parts not furnished by the manufacturer or distributer.

This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions which result from causes beyond Coolpro’s control, includ-ing, without limitation:

1. Alteration outside of manufacturer’s factory in any way that negatively affects the integrity of the compressor. 2. Misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or other abnormal use.

3. Damage due to refrigerants, chemicals, or other agents due to improper installation. The following installation requirements must be performed to be considered for warranty: 1. Must replace filter drier or accumulator drier.

2. Must replace orifice tube or liquid line that contains fixed orifice tube (if applicable). 3. Must inspect expansion valve and replace if not functioning properly (if applicable). 4. Must insure the correct type and amount of refrigerant oil is used per OEM specs. 5. Must clean A/C system with an approved flush, using an approved method. 6. Must evacuate entire A/C system for a minimum of 45 minutes.

7. Must use only R12 or R134a refrigerant.

8. Installation must be performed by a certified professional repair technician.

Defective part(s) may be returned to CoolPro™ Climate Control Products only after authorization has been grant-ed by CoolPro™ Climate Control Products. Routing for returngrant-ed part(s) shall be in the most cost effective manner.

8. New / warranty merchandise will be accepted for credit only with prior approval by an

Account Manager. Your Account Manager will issue a RETURNED MATERIAL

AUTHO-RIZATION (RMA) number which must appear on all returned cartons and

correspon-ding packing list(s). Any merchandise returned may be subject to a

restocking/refurbish-ing charge. Merchandise must be received within 30 days of issuance of the RMA

num-ber, otherwise credit will not be issued.

New merchandise must be returned in factory fresh condition. You will be notified by your

Account Manager when repackaging and/or refurbishing is required to restore the

mer-chandise to a marketable condition. The fee for repackaging/refurbishing will be

present-ed to you to accept or reject, at which time the merchandise will either be reworkpresent-ed or

returned to you. This fee is in addition to any restocking or handling fee of at least 10%

which may be levied. Credit for returned merchandise will be issued at the original

pur-chase price minus any fees listed above. Only merchandise purpur-chased within the past

ninety (90) days may be returned. Special order merchandise cannot be cancelled

or returned at anytime.

All merchandise returned for credit must be shipped freight prepaid, using the freight

clas-sification specified by your Account Manager, to the following address:

Claims for delay, loss or damage should be made against the freight carrier.

Customers returning merchandise which is not approved for credit or replacement, will be

notified in writing by a CoolPro™ Account Manager. Failure by the customer to respond

within ten (10) days to such notice will be just cause for CoolPro™ to scrap or return the

merchandise, freight collect, back to the customer.

In no case will total new product returns exceed 5% of the current year net purchases.

Returned goods privileges will apply only to customers currently purchasing CoolPro™

Climate Control Products and whose accounts are in current condition. No cash

settle-ment will be made.

The customer shall not deduct amounts for returned merchandise from payments to

CoolPro™. When approved returned merchandise has been received, inspected and

processed, CoolPro™ will promptly issue credit to the customer account. No

deduc-tion shall be made until the credit memo has been issued.

Customers needing additional assistance regarding the Merchandise Return Policy

should contact their CoolPro™ Account Manager.

Not any more... CoolPro has devel-oped the most advanced, easy to use, complete cabinet ever offered to the a/c specialist.

The first thing you will notice about them is the attractive and durable plastic construction. The flip up see through lid conceals the storage of all of the popular valve cores, the tools to service them with and the 1/8th ounce oil tubes for quick repair jobs that don't require opening an entire bottle.

There's something else that no other portable service cabinet can do. Open up the large latch on the front of the cabinet... Storage for items such as your manifold set / hoses, bottles of lubricant, oil charge, dye, thermometers or anything else you need to store in a convenient and secure manner.

Unlocking the two front latches exposes the four removable plastic trays that contain the remaining components. Each tray is arranged so that all of the similar components are near each other to com-plete a repair. Each tray also has a complete color lid chart that contains actual size images for items such as o-rings and other hard to match items.
