Infrastructure Services
Core to our business is Support and Field Services, delivering desk side and server support including hardware and software break fix. Over 9000 incidents are managed per month supported by our UK based ITIL Service desk as well as remote, field based and on-site engineers.
Services include email migration, LAN/WAN provision, data management, hosting, security, virtualisation and storage solutions. We also manage and deliver infrastructure projects such as Windows 7 and 8 migration, Microsoft Lync, managed print and Mobile Device Management. Our Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Centre service is predominately built for our customers around Avaya, Cisco and Microsoft platforms and focuses on a range of technologies that allow people to connect across a growing variety of communications channels.
In terms of voice network services, we are an Ofcom registered communications provider with a direct relationship with BT Openreach for BT line provision and support. We also have supply contracts with other major carriers to be able to offer low cost voice network services within reasonable contract terms, as well as providing an industry leading online billing portal.

We offer a full range of Cloud services which help you reduce operational and IT costs, improve business agility, maintain security, increase elasticity of IT resources and reduce reliance on capital investment.
Services include archiving, backup, email, security, storage as well as cloud consultancy services. In addition we offer a private cloud with our pay as you use Infrastructure as a Service.
