Security Solutions
Protecting your data.
Innovations in information technology have radically changed the way information is created, managed, distributed and stored. This tremendous evolution has stepped up the business pace in all sectors and enterprises. At the same time, however, one of your most valuable assets, your data, may be compromised intentionally or unintentionally by people, groups, organisations etc. While you invest in physical safety, network security and firewalls, your confidential information can still fall into the wrong hands. With government regulations and legislations to oversee data integrity becoming ever more stringent, the need for a company wide implemented security policy is indisputable.
At Ricoh we understand the complexity of assessing security risks and safeguarding your information at all times. By identifying potential vulnerabilities and proactively addressing them, we have long made security an integral part of system development. Ever since then we have taken on an industry leading role. With a superior range of seamlessly integrated security capabilities and the means to analyse any potential risk in your workflow, Ricoh can offer the help you need to protect your confidential data and secure your document cycle from beginning to end.
Exactly Where Are You Vulnerable?
While providing crucial services and capabilities, your office equipment may also put your business at risk when it is not properly secured. In our connected worlds, new threats arise continuously. Some are obvious. How many times have you printed a confidential document only to be distracted by a phone call and left your print sitting in the output tray? Others though such as hacking and professional data theft are less apparent yet equally serious, if not more so…
