ENEFITS• We work with the client to identify pre training strategies, the performance measures that would be important and credible. • We custom design the training content to suit the client needs. We avoid using "one‐size fits all". If participants need to know something, we design the test to measure knowledge (multiple choice, true‐false, matching, short‐answer). If participants need to do something, we design behavioral evaluations (i.e., role plays or demonstrations) • Before the training, the teaching style, content and flow of the training programme is determined. • We provide participants / provide pre‐course work if required. • Post training strategies and post test/quiz is done to check evaluation.
