The Miss Rhoer Pageant is held every Boule year on both the Regional (Miss

Rhoer) and International levels (Miss International Rhoer). At the regional level the pageant is held to

determine the Rhoer that will represent her region at the Boule and compete for the title Miss International

Rhoer.
