2. Why is it necessary to have Two-Factor Authentication or OTP?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is derived from the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC) No.5/2020 that requires the company to ensure customer identity by asking for two pieces of information for all online accesses, starting from JULY 1, 2021 onwards.
OTP or verification code will be used as another security tool to access your account.
3. What are two pieces of information I will need to provide?
2 pieces of information that will be required every time you login to your account.
• 1st : Username & Password
(current information requested).
• 2nd : OTP (verification code), the six-digit code that is automatically sent to your registered phone number or the Token in ASP SMART application.
4. What do I need to do when the 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is effective?
You will need to verify your identity when signing in. Without doing this, you will not be able to access your account.

6. If I have the multiple accounts, how many time do I need to verify my identity?
If you are using mobile application and tablet, each account user has to verify only for the first time. For the web usage, every account must be verified every time you log in.
7. If changing the device, do I need to verify my identity again?
You need to verify your identity for any of your new device.
8. How many device I can use the application to register?
Maximum 10 devices. You can remove or update your device from the list on screen.
