About the class size, it was good during lectures, but when we had our case seminairs I felt that the groups where to big.
I would like to mention the extraordinary work done by Sara our course assistant, she always answered questions very fast, were kind and helpful whenever anyone needed help.
The teachers were also very good at answering questions and gave clear instructions for our assignments.
It will help if you included 2 things. Firstly, most of the students in this course are from KI, which means that they will most probably have zero exposure to business and marketing concepts. It would have helped if some time were spent on them, especially the ones that are essential in the course. Secondly, I signed up for this course to understand what are the perils of setting up my own business. Rather than focus on success cases, it would have been better if case studies of failed business models were also brought into focus.

I think that the information presented in the course's lectures was good, but as a whole, the course felt very fragmented: I often had to struggle to see how particular lectures fit into the broader context of the course. I think that the lectures should have been given in the chronological order that represents the actual process of going from science to business, and I also think that each lecture should have been given a short introduction explaining where that lecture fit into the broader picture of the course.
The class was to big when it came to the seminar and the presentation. But most were not there at the lectures. It would be better to divide the class in smaller groups at the seminar, around 10-15 persons. And the final presentations should be made in two groups around 5-6
presentations per occasion is more appropriate.

Since we are so many from different fields we have a lot to learn from eachother, there would be very interesting to have more mingles for the class, and with participants from other SSES courses.

Bra som sagt, kanske hade lite för höga förväntningar. Men samtidigt trodde jag att jag kunde närvara mer vid kursen också.
the lectures were ok, but the way to grade the course is not clear, how could you score a reflexion its like say that I dont think enogh or in a different way of you.
The lectures were in a strange order compared whit the projects and seminar. Many guest lectures in the course which did not feel to bring new insight or information.

I don't think I received a single piece of feedback on anything I ever did during the course. Whether this is as it should be is up to the course administrators to decide.
There were so many teachers in the course. Dont know your names. But I think the two at the first lecture was very good and pedagogic to listen to. Maybe there should only be one of you showing your face and interactiong whit the class so it is not as confusing. I reallt liked the ung girl who was there most of the lectures and informed about registrations and the course web.

I could not say. My favourite ones were definitively those when the guest told us about his personal way of starting his own company
I reallt liked Emma Lindahl she was teaching us to think outside of the box. Be innovative. It really got one thinking. Then I found the lecture from Nina Rawal inspiring since she is a former KI doctoral student that manage to succeed in the business world and finally the most inspiring was Håkan Åström with so much experience it was amazing just to listen to him.
Nina Rawal from Industrifonden - for opening my eyes to venture capitalism and being very professional in her presentation.
Carl Johan Sundberg from KI - for his way of answering critical questions from the audience and for chearing his knowledge within the field. Nariman Pishdar - I thougth that this lecture were the one from which I will take with me most knowledge to the future. Now I know about this tool, and I think it can be applied in many different enviroments, not only business, when it comes to working more efficient. In the service sector for one example.

All the guest lectures who talked about their experiences as an entrepreneur and working with start up companies. Lecture about project managment
Emma Lindahl, because we got to be creative in class and it made the class more fun and memorable. Lena Kajland Wilén, she had interesting slides and inspiring quotes that I still remember.
Nina Rawal, she answered the questions very well and was very informative.
The one from the venture capital girl (good speaker, very relevant topic), the one from Karolinska Innovation (same motivation as above), the one by Carl Johan Sundberg (good speaker) and the inspirational lecture from the guy at Medcoat (very relevant and inspirational).

Intellectual property - It was absoultly relevant for the course and I will take with me a lot of new knowledge. I felt however that it would be more beneficial to have it earlier in the course.

Anna Sandströms lecture felt completely too specific and all over the place. Hon från Vinova var något seg, och kanske inte lika bra innehåll som övriga.
They all were interesting and important in their own ways and contributed to the aims of the course.
-Patrik Blomquist had a realy confusing and strange lecture. I didi not understand what the purpose or the take home message was.
the first part of intellectual property lecture was least interesting. A lot of time was utilized to basic definitions of patents and its non-obviousness or novelty. Instead the second part of the lecture which introduced new concepts like EU patents could have been discussed further

I actually liked the project work from BioLamina. Since it felt real that our work would make a difference.
Jesper Ericsson - for giving us a great project to work with, but mostly for his feedback during the project presentation. I kept learning throughout the presentation because of his tips and comments to the others work.

Det var verkligen bra att projekten var kopplade till Biolamina. Det kändes mycekt roligare när det hade en verklighetsanknytning och att resultaten eventuellt kan komma till nytta till företaget.

Minns ej namnet men han som flyttade in i en fabrik i Blekinge (Karlshamn) för att göra tabletthöljen som går lättare att svälja var bra även han. Shahan Lilja, because he started a business at a very young age and with a very small team. He was very confident in his idea and didnt let people bring him down in the very beginning.

Jesper Ericssons lecture was clearly related to the course content. It feelt fun and importent to listen because we were working whit our projects regarding BioLamina. Also really good feedback from Jesper after the presentations.

Most of the lectures and inspiration sessions gave a lot for me since I am new in the subject. I felt that I got some take home-messages from everyone. But mostly it was important for me to hear about everything that can go wrong when starting a company and how you can fix it. It will keep me from re-inventing the wheel in the future.

Case-seminriet. Själva idéen var bra och case-historien/problemet var bra. Men klassen var alldeles för stor för att man skulle kunna få en diskussion. Alla fick bara säga en sak var, så det kändes rätt meningslöst.

Better because it was more in my interest field
It was selected to fit perfectally to every lecture and not just a lot of reading where a small fragment is important. I felt that it were more based on how it works in reality.
I'm honestly not sure what literature you are referring to. Lecture notes? Allt fanns och gavs på hemisdan, helt OK.

There were lots of slides, clips on youtube to watch, which was bit different from other uni courses where you usually involve the course books a lot.

The assessement process needs to be reviewed.. Indeed it is impossible to grade someone from a 2 pages report. I do not know how the grading evaluated my efforts since I have not got the grades yet.

The case seminar should have a different layout in my opinion. Grading an individual reflection seems a bit weird.

I strongly think that the project presentations should be divided into two days instead of one and that more time should be given to questions and discussion by the "opposition" group. We put a lot of time and effort into our report but all we got were 5 minutes of near-irrelevant comments from the opponents and some bland platitudes left by Jesper Ericsson, who didn't even listen to our presentation and seemed not even to have read our report. I was also disappointed that no-one else from BioLamina was there to see our presentation: If BioLamina does not even show interest in taking part in our projects, the course administrators might be better off inventing a fictional project scenario for the next time the course is given.
We also prepared a lot of comments and discussion as opponents for another group, but didn't get more than five minutes to ask those questions.
This was far, far too little. For instance, that group had severely plagiarized others' work in their report, copy-pasting entire paragraphs verbatim into their report. This would have been valuable to discuss with them, but we did not even have time to even mention it. In addition, I don't think that the personal evaluation assignment should be graded.
