SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION

SLIDE CENTRE

The Slide Centre is located near the Auditorium and the Secretariat Desk. The Auditorium is equipped with a computer slide projector. It will be not possible to use personal laptops in the meeting room.

The use of CD-Rom, pens or memory stick is advisable to easily download the presentations, by handing them to the technicians in charge at the Slide Centre. Please remember to collect your CD or memory pen at the Slide Centre at the end of the session.

Speakers with Powerpoint presentation on CD Rom or memory pen: please report to the Slide Centre at least 1 hour before your presentation or the day before if you are scheduled in the morning.

The Slide Centre is available for speakers to deliver their presentation with the following time schedule:

There is a free shuttle service from each car park to Policlinico Gemelli and the Conference Centre, Friday 27 April from 7.30 to 14.30.

The shuttle will pick up passengers every about 15 minutes.

CATERING FACILITIES

Coffee breaks and the lunch of 27 April are included in the registration fee.

On 27 April a bar serving coffees and snacks at individual payment is available in the Conference area and also a self-service restaurant will be operating at the Conference Centre during lunch time.

CONFERENCE DINNER – 27 April 2012

The Conference Dinner will be held in Palazzo Ferrajoli (Piazza Colonna, 355 - Rome). A private transfer will be organized from Hotel Marriott Courtyard (Via G. Moscati, 7) to Palazzo Ferrajoli. More details will be available at the Secretariat Desk in the Conference Venue. As seats are limited, on site requests will be accepted only upon availability. Dress code: business informal. Fee is € 110 per person.
