REGULATORY COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATIONAs renewable energy projects come under more scrutiny and regulation typical with other traditional generators, we are preparing for the future and enhancing our cyber security and compliance capabilities. EDF Renewable Services is listed as Generation Operator in the NERC Compliance Registry with Western Electricity Coordinating Council, and is in the process of meeting the corresponding mandatory compliance stan-dards as set forth by NERC Reliability Stanstan-dards.
EDF Renewable Services’ comprehensive implementation plans to meet the significant changes in the NERC CIP Standards have already begun. The OCC expansion and modernization provides a perfect opportunity to continue our strong commit-ment to provide best-in-class service to our valued customers while helping to improve cyber security over the nation’s Bulk Electric System (BES).
