1. Obtain PTW

 Injury / damage as a result of incorrect information

 Unauthorized personal

 Obtain correct Permit to Work from eTEC

 Only authorized person allowed

 All personals must be TAMIMI-ISD and ETEC inducted Supervisor/ Engineer

2. Tool box talk

 Unauthorized access/egress, working platform, Unsafe conditions

 All personnel to be project and zone inducted

 Ensure all approved controls and prevention measures are discussed and JSA discussed with all persons involved in the work.

 All personnel to attend daily toolbox talk prior to the commencement of work.

 All personnel should be wear proper PPE under TAMIMI-ISD PPE requirement

3. Identify work Area

 Risk of injury due to low awareness of work activities and area condition

 Unsafe Access

 Safety induction to new employees, specialized training to craftsmen

4 .Lifting area preparation

 Housekeeping must be done prior to start the job and finished the job

 Provided spill tray for flammable oils

 Provide adequate fire extinguisher

 Follow the monthly color code

 Maintain safe distance from Excavation and trenches.

 Material should be properly stacked

 Pipes must be in proper place ,and must be in pipe racks

 Good house keeping

 If working at height must be undergo training of working at heights

 Use fall protection gear

 Proper segregation of pipes as per sizes

 Ensure proper fire extinguisher is available in the area

 Don’t put the hands in between two pipes/objects

 Ensure sling is third party certified

 Inspect the sling thoroughly prior to use

 Ensure lifting gear has third party certified and valid

 Ensure lifting gear has no signed of damage, if damage found don’t use it or replace immediately

 Ensure out rigging pad available and no defects

 Follow monthly color code

 Operation vision must be clear

 Proper communication between operator and Rigger.

 No people should stand beneath the lifted object/pipes

 Maintain safe distance from lifted objects/pipes

 Be sure no overhead objects within boom range

 Crane load chart must strictly followed

 Ensure lifted pipes must be in proper and secured to avoid rolling of pipes

 Use wooden wedge block

 No person should stay within boom range

 Never sit, stand, walk, work under suspended load

 Ensure no hydraulic leakage of crane

 Maintain safe distance from DSL cables box bar
