Easy to use Real-Time Monitoring System
Selection of a user defined zone will show all vehi cles in the zone in real ti me a nd will pl ot them
Vehi cle details will be populated in the ri ght panel . Selection of a vehi cle will fa cilita te on -click calling to the vehi cle, if needed
Vehi cle s tatus will be dynami call y popula ted i n the panel (for exa mple, i f a vehicle is s tuck at a point, or a vehicle has passed a user defined POI, the message will be shown)

Two-way Voice Communication
Voi ce Call can be ini tia ted from the Control Pa nel a t the Control Room to the selected vehi cl e. The call will be recei ved a t the dri ver’s end automa ticall y and the dri ver ca n communi ca te wi th i n-buil t Mi crophone and Speaker Sys tem ins talled in the vehi cle.
Call can also be ini tiated from the Dri ver’s end by pressing a s witch a tta ched wi th the devi ce. The call will be automa ti cally redi rected to the Control Room and the call center person a ttending the Control Room Server can a ccept the call through the client i nterfa ce onl y.

Specific Vehicle/Person Tracking Facility
A single vehi cle/person can be queried on the basis of vehi cle/person registra tion number. The map will tra ck the vehi cle/person in real time.

Geo Fencing Facility
Send Alert i f vehi cle crosses the allocated geo-fence.
Send alerts if the vehi cle does not s top on pre -defined pi ck-up point.

Track Replay Facility
A single vehi cle/person can be queried for repla y of a pa rti cular tri p or a ti meframe. The map will show the vehi cle/person plot during the period, in real-ti me or fas t forwa rd mode.

Emergency Alarm
In case of an emergency ala rm pressed from a vehi cle, the alarm will be shown to every user and immediate a ction can be taken.

Personal Tracking
Tra X allows Personal tra cking using GPS/GPRS based mobile phones . User has the option to select va rious polling time dynami call y to sui te his/her requi rement.
Tra cking can be enabled or disabled from server end in real time.
Low cos t cus tom mobile can also be provided.

Reporting Capability
In case of an emergency ala rm pressed from a vehi cle, the alarm will be shown to every user and immediate a ction can be taken.

Implementation Model
3.1.
Service Model
The product model is ta rgeted for Companies who a re willing to take the complete servi ce from us. The Control Room will be loca ted i n our premises wi th all requi red softwa re and ha rdwa re. The client will be able to a ccess , moni tor a nd control the s ys tem through a web client (connected with a telephone modem / USB Da ta Ca rd). These clients can be loca ted anywhere as per client’s choice.

On-Premises Model
The product model is ta rgeted for Companies who are willing to hos t the product in house. The Control Room will be located i n thei r premises with all requi red softwa re and ha rdwa re.
