CCS PRESENTATION

CCS is an innovative communication platform installed in the "CLOUD". It can accommodate business customers with very different profiles and wishing to communicate quickly in an automated manner. Software integrators, security operators, trades requiring means of rapid communications, government, big business, everyone can find an effective solution, offering flexibility and processing tools available 24/24, 7 / 7.

CCS platform meets the rules for electronic communication.

Anti-SPAM, Anti SPOOFING, and Opt-IN Opt-Out are rules to follow between the parties, a contract must be signed prior to use.

SMS

Possibility of concatenation (more than 160 characters, an SMS = 160 characters).

SMS pricing is based on the volume, criticality and destination countries. SMS are sent only on mobile numbers.

Outgoing SMS can be answered by incoming SMS sent on a mail (SMS reply = option). CHANNELS

Your messages can be sent via different channels, http(s) or by your SIM card hosted on our servers (= your bill by your mobile operator).

TYPES OF TOOLS FOR YOUR RENSATIS WEB SOLUTION:

CCS RENSATIS WEB is a web application and no local software is installed in your IT infrastructure. An Internet connection is required on the machine where you connect on RENSATIS WEB. RENSATIS WEB allows sending messages from the following format: XLS and XLSx.

1.1 C

ONNECTION

To connect on the web service, we suggest installing a web link favorite in your browser with this address: http://ecomcardealer.inforius.eu/login.aspx

You will arrive on this screen:

1.1.1 LOGIN & PASSWORD

When you become an INFORIUS customer using CCS platform, you’ll get an account LOGIN & PASSWORD. Insert these two values in the respective fields.

You will be redirected to the password recovery form:

Complete all the fields and send this form to INFORIUS by using the e-mail button:

INFORIUS support service will send back an e-mail to you with your password or with a new one. This operation will be made only during the open hours (INFORIUS offices).

1.1.2 Auto disconnection

If your RENSATIS interface stays open more than 20 minutes without any action you will be redirected to the login page for security reasons. If you are disconnected before sending your messages, your work is not recorded and cannot be retrieved after you log in again.

On the main screen you can select:

The choice of the expected file of your SMS-RENSATIS file

• The “file path” on which you have deposited your last SMS-RENSATIS file for sending your messages to your customers.

That SMS-RENSATIS file is located on your IT.

• Black List, according your own rules, you can add, modify or delete several mobile numbers in a black list. When added in the list, the relevant number will never receive an SMS message.

• Message to send are the fields with the SMS content. According the language code of your SMS-RENSATIS exported file. You can edit or modify this message on line before sending your messages. If only 1 language is required, please fill all the content with the same message.

1.3.1 Select your RENSATIS export file

When you have selected your SMS-RENSATIS exported file on your IT:

On the bottom of the page, the “Send messages” button is shown more a message in red indicates how many messages will be sent. At this stage, you can show the list of the message concerned by this sending with "Show list".

1.3.2 Show message before sending

Show the list if desired with: A separated screen is open like:

If more than one page is shown, they will be accessible with the page selector:

You can also change the zoom of the viewed pages, make a search in the pages, print the complete list of the messages or export this list in the proposed formats.

The messages are shown in several fields:

• Number = mobile number.

• Text = content of the message.

• Delivery Date = when SMS are postponed.

1.3.3 Send your messages

If you agree with the shown list, use « Send messages » to send your SMSs to you recipients.

If you select to postpone your sending, select “Postpone”:

By default the next day is shown (today + 1 day) at 10 o'clock.

You can change the date or the hour you want to send, using the calendar.

When done, if you show the list, you’ll see the delivery date as changed.

When the “Send messages” is pressed the SMS are sent to CCS platform (INFORIUS).

If the sent SMS are postponed you will see a message in red with the postponed date and hour. Example:

1.3.4 Change or modify your postponed messages

If you have postponed your message, a new tab “Post. messages” appears in the tab bar. If you want to edit or delete messages before the sending date and time, use this menu.

Example :

This table shows a record per language for postponed SMS work.

Example : if you send a postpone job containing 8 French messages + 9 Dutch messages + 2 English messages, you will get a table with 1 line of French message containing 8 recipients + 1 line of Dutch message containing 9 recipients + 1 line of English message containing 2 recipients.

To know the recipient number (or the list of the recipient numbers) for a dedicated SMS work, click on the “recipient” link to show the list of the number(s).

To edit a message (same message for several recipients regarding the number of recipient shown in the recipient list), use:

This action allows you to change only the date, the hour and the content.

When done, use: to apply your changes or use: to not apply your changes.

To delete a complete work by language, select the concerned line, then use: A message box will ask you to confirm the deletion.

The concerned line should disappear of the table if you confirm by “OK”.

1.3.5 Change your RENSATIS messages

When connected on your SMS-RENSATIS account, you can change the message’s content every time if desired.

The name of the language remains! Only content can be changed.

To edit a particular message use: This field change as:

Change your message content and use: to apply your changes or use: to not apply your changes. This change remains until changed.

1.3.6 Black List

According your own rules, you can add, modify or delete several mobile numbers in a black list. When added in the list, the relevant number will never receive an SMS message.

By default, the list is empty.

To add a mobile number (international format), use: The screen becomes editable:

1.4 HISTORIC

To have a look on your SMS historic, use “Historic” tab:

This screen will appear:

A message informs you immediately of the balance of your credit units of your CCS account.

To have a look on your spend SMS; select a period “From” – “To”.

Example of a selected period:

On this screen you can see:

• Date: of the sent SMS.

• To: recipient.

• Content: message sent.

• Ack Date: date of the acknowledgment by the mobile operator.

• Status: type of Ack received by the mobile network.

• Units: credit spent per message.

• #Total=: total of SMS found for the selected period.

• At the bottom of the screen to the right, the total cost spent on SMS (in credit) operations shown on the screen.
