If scanning results in Vanscan is not recognizing
student names, teacher names, ID, or answers, and the correct information is available double-and the correct information is available, double

Remember most errors will occur because bubbled information was incorrect. If your student’s scores are scanned under the wrong grade level or proficiencyg g p y Level, Language Acquisition needs to be notified so
that it can be changed. This takes time to correct so ensure that all is initially accurate
