Duration of the Course

6 years (5 years for B.D.S/Pharmacy) - Medium of instruction: English Eligibility

For admission we follow the guide lines of Medical Council of India and according to it a student has to pass with Minimum 50% of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Admission Procedure

At the time of enquiry you will be provided the necessary documents list. The Photocopies of all relevant documents which are necessary for academic eligibility and proof are required for the first step of admission.

Later after obtaining the Provisional Admission Letter from the University student have to bring his/her original 10th and 12th certificates and marks sheets which should be attested by External Affairs Ministry of India and copy of Eligibility Certificate from Medical Council of India.

With all the document copies we will apply for “Invitation Letter” to University which is mandatory document for admission, visa processing and migration. This process strictly takes time around 45-60 working days and will be sent to India by the concerned University.

Medical Certificate stating general health condition, X-ray (roentgenogram) and HIV test results from the State Hospital should be submitted at the time of Visa Process.

* Starting Years of Pre-Clinical Sciences (1–2 years) * Clinical Sciences (3–6 years)

* Hospital Clerkship is done along with the study of Clinical Sciences form the 2nd year Student Visa Process:

Immediately after receiving the Original Invitation Letter from the corresponding University, students have to apply for the student Visa in the Delhi Embassy/Respective Consulate.

*Note - During Visa processing the Embassy/Consulate may ask any other additional documents without any prior information. Students must get ready of their own with the required documents prior.

In case the embassy asks the students to appear for personal interview directly in the regional Russian Consulate for visa student have to incur travel & personnel expense themselves.

Incidental Charges- Rs 85,000/- (includes Registration, Admission, Visa Process, Confirmation letter & Immigration Clearance) should be paid at the time of registration.

All above mentioned fee should be paid directly by the student as per the words of ZIMA TEC and the University. If the student fails to pay the fee in the respective time period the admission of his/her can be cancelled by the University at anytime. Some bills may be generated on time of payment or it may take time to get generated and only some bills will be issued.

Once the students get admission in University and departed from India, it is all his/her responsibility to carry themselves, to keep their properties safe, to follow the rules and regulations of the University, all those expenditures since then have to be faced only by the students and not the ZIMA TEC will take any responsibility. Students have to carry their own ATM/Debit/Credit Card for their transactions.

Fee structure & Expenses may vary depending on the Course he/she choose and the University where he/she gets admission. Approximate values are given above. Can get the exact fee structure of the University he/she choose, from the respective branches of ZIMA TEC.

ZIMA TEC cannot provide some bills like following payments, which are being used to pay intermediator, fax, and courier, travel allowance for the process etc.

Note: If he/she fails in the Visa Interview/University Examination, both the ZIMA TEC and the University are not responsible by any means and the amounts paid will not be strictly refunded.

If he/ she discontinues his/her studies or stops the admission process while in progress of their self interest, the payment paid is strictly non-refundable.

Failure of the applicant to take or complete the test on the scheduled test date under any circumstances totally forfeits his/her Registration and Testing Fees.

If the student gets deported from the University on account of health problem or any misbehaviour of the candidate, the ZIMA TEC is not responsible.

Students Original Marks sheets of 10th +2/equivalent must be authenticated from DPI, HRD, and Ministry of External Affairs in Delhi.

Note-

*Only authenticated documents will be accepted for Visa Process.

*Students who are diagnosed to be affected by TB/Primary complex will be compulsorily deported from Russia, soon after the confirmation and can never be turned back.

Eligibility

MCI – Screening Test

Foreign Medical Graduation Examination which is also known as screening test is being conducted by the NAT BOARD - National Board of Examinations, for which MCI - Medical Council of India gives the Register Number to practice in India as a Registered Medical Practitioner.

Every student who pursues Medical Graduation from any foreign country must write the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination compulsory to register in India.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION - FMGE 2014

1. The test consists of one paper comprising 300 multiple choice, single correct response questions in English language only, delivered in two parts to be taken in a single day.

2. The examination shall be a multiple choice questions test delivered using computer network as per prescribed scheme.

3. Negative Marking: There shall be no negative marking. 4. Allocation of time for the FMGE shall be as follows: Forenoon Session

5. Candidates are advised that (due to security reasons) they shall not be allowed to leave the exam centre between 09:00 AM to 03:20 PM

6. The screening test is held twice a year in June and December, the exact dates for the Screening Test will be announced on the website before the respective registration window.

7. An applicant shall be declared as having passed only if he/she obtains a minimum of 150 marks out of 300 in the examination.

8. Results (Pass/Fail) for eligible candidates will be displayed at NBE website and office of NBE. 9. There are NO restrictions on number of attempts that can be availed by an applicant. However, a candidate cannot test in the same admin window twice.

The FMGE is being conducted twice a year. Anyone who completes his/her medical graduation from any foreign country can appear for the FMGE either in the month of June/December as per their convenience.

'Doctor of Medicine' (MD) from the Philippines is the only recognized primary qualification by any medical council. It is the only recognized medical qualification as a medical practitioner of the Philippines.

Eligibility for Medical Courses

Citizen of any country whose age is not less than 18 is eligible to study in Philippines as a fee paying student for undergraduate and post graduate programs. For under graduate Medical Program BSMD (MBBS), HSC with min.50% Marks in with Subjects in Physics, Chemistry and biology. For graduate MS/MD

Undergraduate in Medicine with 50%. For Post Graduate (PhD)-50% graduate in medicine For 10+2 equivalent students 18 months of pre-medical (B. Sc Biology/Medical Technology) +4 years of Doctor of Medicine (MD). On passing it the student will be awarded BS in Biology/Medical Technology and Doctor of Medicine(BSMD) which is equal to MBBS. For 10th Pass (min 50% marks) 3.5 years of pre-medical (any allied medical Courses-BSc) + 4 years of Doctor of Medicine (MD). After completing these 7.5 years the Students will be awarded B. Sc in Biology/Medical Technology and Doctor of Medicine (BSMD) equal to MBBS. Soon after completing the Pre-medical, each student has to appear for the NMAT (National Medical Admission Test) examination and has to secure a minimum of 40% credentials which is being conducted in the month of April/November. If he/she fails in NMAT exam both the consultancy and the respective University are not responsible, amounts paid will be strictly non-refundable.

The system of Lateral entry is being practiced, if the applicant who has pursued Pre medicine, BDS, any Para medical course submits his/her own academic documents and credentials of the previous University or College, he/she can join the 2nd or 3rd semester of BS or 1st semester of MD after appearing for the NMAT directly securing minimum of 40%credentials.

CATEGORIES OF STUDENT VISA: Student Visa:

The student visa is issued in Philippine embassies/consulates abroad. It is not issued in the Philippines. The student visa is initially valid for one year. It is renewable every succeeding semester. Exchange Student Visa - 47(a) (2) 47(a)(2) visas are issued to officially designated exchange professors, researchers, and students coming from foreign universities with an existing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the University of the Philippines 47(a)(2) visas are valid until the end of the exchange agreement or scholarship contract The visa is generally processed and issued here in the Philippines. It can also be issued through Philippine embassies or consulates abroad It can be renewed if the scholarship or agreement is extended for a definite period of time Exchange fellows and students are requested to immediately report to the OSA upon arrival in Philippines.

PROCEDURE FOR VISA APPLICATION

Step 1: When a school's requirements are met it sends a Notice of Acceptance (NOA) to the student. A duplicate copy is submitted to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), together with the certified true copy of CHED-CEA when necessary. For quota courses such as medicine and dentistry, a certificate of eligibility for admission (CEA) is also issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Step 2: The department of foreign affairs endorses documents to the Foreign Service Post (FSP) located in the student's country of origin/place of legal residence for the issuance of the student visa.

Step 3: The Philippine Embassy or consulate notifies you in writing to appear in person for an interview and bring all the required documents.

Step 4: Upon receiving the letter from the Philippine Embassy/Consulate, you will have to make an appointment to appear for an interview at the consulate or embassy.

9A Visa:

Immediately after receiving the Original Invitation from the corresponding University, students have to apply for the 9A Visa in the Delhi Embassy / respective consulate.

Initially student has to apply for the 9A Visa to Philippines and after reaching the respective University with the return flight ticket, status of 9A Visa will be converted to Student Visa within 1or 2months and the Return date in the Flight ticket can be extended till the period of 11months from the booking date soon after reaching the corresponding Universities.

University Fee as follows:

Tuition fee-650 USD/semester for BS degree (first three semesters) 1000 USD /semester for MD degree (4th to 11th semester)

Foreign Student Admission fee- 1000 / 1500 USD Hostel fee-1000- 1200 USD/year

Med claim insurance-150 USD

All the above mentioned fee should be paid directly by the student to the corresponding University. If the student fails to pay the fee in the respective time period the admission of his/her can be cancelled by the University at any time. The bills may be generated on time of payment or it may take time to get generated. Consultancy is not responsible for University/college bill.

Tuition fee can be paid per semester.

Once the students get admission in University and departed from India, it is all his/her responsibility to carry themselves, to keep their properties safe, to follow the rules and regulations of the University, all those expenditures since then have to be faced only by the students and not the Consultancy will take any responsibility. Students have to carry their own ATM/Debit/Credit Card for their transactions.

Fee structure & Expenses may vary depending on the Course we choose and the University we get admission. Approximate values are given above Consultancy can not provide some bills like following payments, which are being used to pay intermediator, fax, courier, travel allowance for the process etc.
