In Greece we have Equipment Detention set and port storages that are invoiced directly by port authorities to Cargo Receiver upon release of cargo.

This means, that cargo receivers settle the Equipment Detention with Maersk and the port storages directly with port authorities, without carrier’s

involvement.

**EXCEPTION: In case of SD service to final place of delivery performed by Maersk, the port storages are paid by Maersk to port authorities with

respective charge to cargo receiver.
