Many original policy riders and forms are created in MS Word, and you can easily convert these documents to PDF format and import them into PlanetPress. When the original pick ticket information is sent to a laser printer, the PlanetPress document takes that data and, based on conditional printing logic built into the policy form, the printer selects the appropriate riders or document pages to print for a specific customer. In addition, letters or other forms can be dynamically created based on the pick ticket data. Personalized information such as notes for a specific type of insured can also be quickly added to the form.
