(vii) FUNAAB and MAUTY accept GCE `A' Level credit passes in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or equivalent. FUNAAB accepts ND (Upper Credit) in Agricultural Engineering or relevant disciplines.

(viii) UNN accepts:

(a) HND/ND/NCE in relevant fields

(b) Complete pass in Intermediate ICAN examination or

(c) Pass in final exams of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries.

Mathematics plus UTME requirements. Accepts also ND/HND at upper credit level {65%} accepted to 200/300 levels respectively plus UTME requirements. Knowledge of Further Mathematics is an advantage for all Engineering Courses.

(xii) NDU accepts:

a. At least three (3) ‘A’ level passes at GCE or its equivalent in

Physics, Mathematics/Further Mathematics and Chemistry and Five (5) credit level passes at SSCE/NECO/GCE ‘O’ level

including English Language, Mathematics/Further

Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, Admission should be to 200 level of study in a five year degree programme.

b. National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND)

at Upper Credit and above, in the relevant discipline from an approved Polytechnic or related Institution. ND holders shall be admitted to the 200 level or study in a five year degree programme while HND holders shall be admitted to 300 level. In addition to the above, candidates must have five (5) SCCE/NECO/GCE ‘O’ level credit passes, including English Language, Mathematics/Further Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

(xiii) ABU does not accept First Degree Holders.

(xiv) MAIDUGURI requires a minimum of Lower Credit in National Diploma and Merit or nine points in IJMB. (xv) LAUTECH same as in Chemical Engineering.

(xvi) FUTA accepts ND at Upper Credit level or equivalent professional qualification in Agricultural Engineering. or 'A' level passes at one sitting in at least two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

(b) also ND Engineering or in Physics/Mathematics with a minimum of Upper Credit Pass from Accredited Institution.

(c) HND with a minimum of Lower Credit Pass in Agricultural

a) Two `A' level/IJMB passes in Mathematics, Physics, and

Chemistry.

b) Candidates with HND Upper Credit and First Class Degree holders in relevant disciplines may be admitted at 300 level.

c) Candidates with HND Lower Credit, ND Upper Credit, and

NCE (Technical) may be admitted at 200 level.

d) Holders of NCE with one credit pass in relevant disciplines

may be admitted at 100 level. In all the above cases the candidates must posses the UTME requirements.

(xviii) RSUST requires A/L passes in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics plus UTME requirement and accepts ND. U.D. (Upper Credit) in relevant disciplines for admissions into 200 level or HND in the appropriate discipline for admissions into 300 level.

(xix) OSUSTECH requires two A’ level passes in Agric. Science, Mathematics Biology, Chemistry or Physics.

(xx) FUTO requires accepts two ‘A’ level passes not below Grade C in Physics and Mathematics. It also accepts ND/HND at Upper Credit level in Engineering. Candidates must in addition meet the ‘O’ Level requirements. It does not accept First Degree and NCE.

(xxi) FED-OYEEKITI – Same as in Mechanical Engineering. UTME:

(i) ESUTECH accepts a credit in English Language and all

(ii) MAKURDI requires five credits passes in Mathematics,

Physics, Chemistry and any two of English Language, Biology or Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing, Geography and Economics. Also candidates with NABTEB Federal Craft Certificate or WAEC (Technical) Credit passes in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, may be admitted at 100 Level if they meet other admission requirements. All candidates must have obtained at least a pass in English Language.

(iii) RSUST requires credit pass Biology or Agricultural Science

as the fifth subject.

(iv) IBADAN require 5 or 6 'O' level credit passes at one or two sittings to include English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with any one/two of the following: Biology/ Agric Science, Further Mathematics, Technical. Drawing, Economics, Geography, Metal Work, and Wood Work.

(v) LAUTECH, RSUST and BAUCHI accept Biology in lieu of Agricultural Science

(vi) FUTO accepts any other Science subjects as the fifth subject and not more than two sittings.

(vii) MAIDUGURI requires Five 'O' Level credits to include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any one credit from

(a) ‘A’ level /IJMB passes in Mathematics and Physics plus

any one of Chemistry, Biology, Economics and Geography.

(b) ND in Building with Upper Credit from accredited

(viii) FUTA accepts:

(b) ND in Building, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or Civil

Engineering with Upper Credit from accredited Institution.

(c) Any additional pass in Chemistry, Geography or

Economics may be an advantage. (ix) LAGOS accepts;

(a) Very good passes in three JUPEB/A-LEVEL subjects:

Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry.

(b) HND/OND (Distinction) in Building /Quantity Surveying

into 300/200 levels.

(c) Candidates must satisfy O/Level requirements.

UTME :

(i) LAGOS - The 5th subject should be one of Technical

Drawing, Building Construction or Economics.

(ii) OAU accepts any one of Add. Mathematics, Biology,

Building Construction and Land Surveying in addition to the listed options.

(iv) MAUTY accepts Mathematics and any three of

(viii) CALEB requires five SSCE credit passes or its equivalent

(ix) ABSU requires five SSCE credit passes in English
