The website copacourier.com has a new look and also new functionalities, implemented to meet the needs of our customers. This handbook has been designed to guide you in your experience to make shipments and more in our new website.

To access our home page you must enter to www.copacourier.com and the following screen is displayed:

Access to Mi Copa Courier.
Our new section as a registered customer is “Mi Copa Courier”. In this area you can do now the AWB, see your account status, request supplies and much more.
In this section you will be able to login with your current username and password. In the event of not being able to do so, immediately contact your Account Executive or your local contact.

Mi Copa Courier Content.
Once you have entered to Mi Copa Courier, with your username and password you will notice the following screen.
Next we are going to explain step by step how to use My Copa Courier and do you online shipments. Now we get into Shipping Request to do your online AWB
In this screen you will see options that only registered customers have access.
1. Tracking AWB you will see the status of your current shipment.
2. Account Status here you will have available all the information regarding
your billings.
3. Supplies Request here you can order the material for package your shipments is
free.
4. Shipping Request this option allow you to do your online AWB.
5. Rates Simulator, with this option you can quote your shipment.

Shipment Request (ONLINE AWB).
Section 1-Customer:
The field called “Customer” refers to the name of the company that it´s doing the shipment. Select the name of the company (in case you have more than one), with which you want to enter your AWB. You must click on the dropdown menu to see your options. Normally is the name of the company, which is registered in our database, but you could have several associated accounts. This selection can be performed here.
You have to write the email Address each time. This address is a mandatory field because here will be sent the documents at the end of the process. If you have a promotional code, please placed at field called “Promotional Code”.

Remember:
If you need an AWB with values you have to select the option “Receive HAWB valued” if you don’t choose this option you will received a non-value AWB.

Section -2 Shipper:
When you complete the information in the Section 1-Customer, you have to click in “NEXT” and then we enter to the section 2. Shipper. The following screen it´s going to be displayed
By placing the city in the field “City” a map will be displayed, with this you can find the ZIP CODE in the countries where this field appears in the shipper address. On the next page you will see how this map looks like.
If you want a driver of Copa Courier collects your shipment is very important that you select the field “Collected at address”. But also remember to call to our offices and let us know your HAWB # to do the pick-up.

Once you completed this window click on Next.
Now when you placed the City a map will be displayed to find the ZIP CODE if the shipper Address

To search you must complete the fields region, province and population, if you don´t know the zip code click on view and valid zip codes will be displayed.
Click the zip code to apply and then “Select” and automatically appear in the postal Code or Zip Code field.
To return to the previous window, just click on the “x” in the upper right of the image marked with the blue arrow.

Section 3- Consignee:
You will see the following screen.

13 Once all the data is completed, you must click on “NEXT” to Section 4.
A little help what means the following fields:
Field CIF: Generic name for the tax identification code (RUC, RUT, identity card, certificate,etc). This is mandatory information for some destinations when it comes to sending parcels. No completed this field may delay the delivery of the shipment.

Section 4- Delivery:
En esta sección debemos colocar cada uno de los datos solicitados acerca de nuestro envío, luego completada la pantallas dar clic en siguiente.

Field Bag Number: In this field you can place the number that appears in our “Copa Courier Bags” This number will help you to identify your Shipments and provides security to the consignee who actually received the Courier Bag with the number that shows the AWB.
Field Incoterm: Terms of delivery of the shipment. Only we work with two options. DDP, which provides that you will take care of expenses associated with the release destination, taxes, and other expenses related. And DDU here the consignee who will take care of expenses in destination. In any case remember that they are not included in the freight.

Section 5- Confirmation:
Here you will see a summary of the shipment and the total to pay.
Once you verified that everything is ok click on Finish. If you want to modify something click on Previous.

Remember: Once you click on “Finish” the following Message will be displayed.
You have to click on “Accept and Finish” and AWB will be created in our system and charged to your account.
You will also receive a confirmation number to the email address that you placed in the Section 1. In the case that you don´t need to create an AWB please click on “Cancelar”.

Once you completed the “Shipping Request” you will received a confirmation email with the following documentation.

Tracking AWB.
In this section you can see the status of your Shipments. Also you can configure the reports according your needs. We are going to give you more details regarding the fields.
Parameters for the reports:
Creation Date: It´s placed automatically with the date on course.
Numbers of days to display: Came with 30 days but you can place the quantity of days that you need and the information will be displayed at your request.

Account Status
In this section of the website you will be able to verify your account status. If you click on “Ver Guía” you will see the AWB of the shipment.
