FOREWORD

The 2009 Oklahoma Directory of Service Providers for Juveniles with Problematic or Illegal Sexual Behavior has been compiled for professionals who either provide assessment and treatment or refer juveniles to treatment for illegal or inappropriate sexual behavior. The purpose of this Directory is to assist individuals who need to locate assessment or treatment services for juveniles with

problematic or illegal sexual behavior.

The providers are listed in alphabetical order, by region in the state, and by agency. Addresses, phone and FAX numbers, and e-mail addresses have been included so that additional information on the background and training of a professional can be obtained. As it is recommended that treatment providers be licensed by the state, this information has been printed in bold for the reader’s convenience.
