The TSM 280 is an effi cient rotary table transfer machine suitable for executing com-plex production processes in one highly fl exible production unit. Individual – compact – precise. Whether cold extrusion parts, tubes, turned parts, long turned parts or bar / coil material – the TSM 280 guarantees reliable and cost-effective production perform-ance for a variety of industries.

All-in-one machine
The TSM 280 is a rotary indexing machine which is suit-able for the production of small and medium-sized pro-duction runs (from 10 000 to 15 million parts or more). The large number of variations of possible manufactur-ing processes with minimal space requirements makes this machine very effi cient, and the possibility of multiple uses and stepless control of all machining spindles make this machine attractive, as it can take the place of several machines.
| Small and effi cient. The TSM 280 boasts a compact and function-oriented design. As the machine can be transported in one unit costly re-assembly and installation work is eliminated.
Double-sided simultane-ous machining with up to 15 tools. The central element is a horizontal axis rotary transfer table with either 8 or 16 hydraulically operated clamping fi xtures.
The machining heads are controlled by a standard cam system hydraulically or CNC axis.

The modular structure of the TSM 280 makes it possible to develop production proc-esses individually – for just one product or for a whole family of products. A variety of additional units makes it possible to implement new processes.
With reduced set-up time and perfect accessibility during tool changes, different parts may be produced on the same machine. Feed rates, spindle rotation speed and cycle times are steplessly adjustable.
