FABRITY is the IT partner for the biggest and most dynamically developing enterprises from financial, pharmaceutical, industrial and telecommunication sectors. The FABRITY team has conducted projects automating the core business processes of the enterprises.
• PZL Mielec: project of developing file repository for the biggest Polish manufacturer of aircraft. The solution is servicing the key process of the flow and approval of aircraft testing documentation. As a consequence, it increases the efficiency of document storage and eliminates connected costs while ensuring the compliance with both external and internal requirements in case of audit.
• Sanofi: creating a platform automating over 100 internal key processes in one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Implementing the IS@ system is an example of one of the biggest BPMS projects in Poland. It consists of building a management strategy and centralising processes within the whole organisation, i.a. accounting and invoicing, HR, IT, legal department and administration.
• Getin Noble Bank: building a platform supporting processes of cash loan and instalment credit sales in one of the biggest financial institutions in Poland. The project allowed to create an engine of decision making rules leading to the automatization of credit processes while maintaining the high level of integration of the bank’s systems within the business process. Implementing the solution had a considerable impact on the efficiency of sales processes and the improvement of the security and delay of credit decisions, which influenced customer service quality.
• PKO BP: creating a platform supporting HR and management by objectives processes in the biggest financial institution in Poland. The system supports the employees’ quarterly performance assessment processes in respect of variable remuneration counting. It covers about 10,000 employees of the bank’s head office.

• Polpharma: building a complex platform supporting “soft HR” processes in one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in Poland. The system ensures the assistance in i.a. conducting employee and employee’s potential assessment, planning employee’s career and development, creating profile assessments and succession plans.
FABRITY relies on the competence and commitment of over 60 analysts, developers, project managers and consultants. They are responsible for conducting the most complex IT and advisory projects. • DICOM: distributor of both software for imaging and document management as well as scanning devices. The collaboration with DICOM covers i.a. distribution of software by KnowledgeLake (scanning and document management for MS SharePoint), Collabware (Records Management for MS SharePoint solutions), iTernity (archiving solutions for MS SharePoint) and distribution of scanning devices i.a. by Fujitsu and Kodak.
• AvePoint: supplier of specialized management tools for the platform MS SharePoint.
• ABBYY: supplier of scanning and OCR software.
