DEVELOPS, PLEASE NOTIFY THE OWNER AND ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY.

B. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, FIELD INVESTIGATE EXISTING CONDITIONS AND NOTIFY THE OWNER AND THE ARCHITECT OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.

C. REFER TO PLUMBING, HVAC & ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS FOR OTHER ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED.

D. AREAS IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THE AREA OF CONSTRUCTION WILL REMAIN OCCUPIED DURING ENTIRE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD. CONTRACTORS TO TAKE CARE THAT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY SHALL NOT IMPEDE ACTIVITY IN AREAS OUTSIDE

F. RENOVATION WORK IS EXTENSIVE THROUGHOUT AREA OF WORK. ACCESSORIES IN MULTIPLE INSTANCES ARE TO BE REMOVED. DEMOLITION NOTES ARE FOR GUIDANCE AND MAY NOT COVER SPECIFIC ITEMS. COORDINATE DEMOLITION WORK WITH NEW CONSTRUCTION. CONTACT ARCHITECT IF ANY QUESTIONS.
