2.  List automatically populates.

3.  Users have the ability to manually enter new flights into the departure

schedule here. 4.  Manually entered

information is only for Deicing purposes and is not reflected in the airline’s Flight Planning System.

5.  Data stays in the

Departure Schedule until an aircraft departs.

(4)

Departure Schedule Table, card 2

1.  Delta All Departure Schedule.

2.  Information is color coded for easy reference to the progress of an aircraft through the entire deicing process.

3.  The Status Column in the Deicing Slot reflects the appropriate acronym and color of the current operation during the deicing operation, e.g. REDO (purple), DS-I (orange), DS-IV (green), etc. Fluid types and the spray start and stop times are recorded and available for retrieval in the archive database.

•  Above the menu bar on the right, the user has the ability to enter any call sign to find a flight by selecting the plus sign +.

•  AID: Aircraft Identification. •  AC Type: type or make of aircraft •  Ship: Delta’s internal plane numbers •  Gate: gate number

•  RLS Time is an FAA release time. •  EOBT or Earliest Off Block Time.

•  DFix: displays destination and first departure fix •  Time: when the Status entry is made

•  Status: displays the aircraft status in the deicing process

•  AOBT: Actual Off Block Time

•  Trml: terminal is where aircraft is located •  T1P is the lead deice truck (primary).

•  An asterisk (*) next to the number on the truck designates a smart truck (telemetry available). In this example, the T1P truck is applying DS-1 deice fluid. T2 and T3 are trucks 2 and 3.

(5)

RWY Deicing Pad Queue Table

1.  Aircraft not being deiced at the gate/terminal are entered here.

2.  Select flights from the

Departure Schedule by

click/click or drag and drop them into RWY Deicing

Queue.

3.  Auto-queuing is available for airports that have surface surveillance and specific routes to the deicing pads. This is accomplished by using specific Regions of Interest (ROI) on the PASSUR Web Tracker.

(6)

Departure Pad Slot Table

PASSUR  Quick  Reference  Card  -‐  Version  2.0      6

•  Deicing Pad Table can be customized for each airport deicing pad, including the number of slots.

•  Each deicing pad at the airport has a Deicing Pad Slot table showing the slots, the status of each slot (open or closed) and average deicing time at each of the slots. •  Information is updated

automatically and shows average deicing time for each slot displayed. •  Slot numbers remain

white in color when open/ closed. The duration of pad “Open” and “Closed” status is saved in the archive data for post-operation analytics.

•  Each Slot row has a Truck column where the deicing truck icons are entered by click/ click or drag and drop when assigned from the Truck Assignment/Status Table. •  The Truck icons in the deicing slot change to the appropriate color during the deicing

operation, e.g. DS-I (orange), DS-IV (green). In addition, the truck color changes to the appropriate color to match their activity, e.g. Parked (white), Maintenance (grey), Break (pink), OSS (red) and Fuel (yellow).

•  Each slot has room for up to 6 truck icons. The first truck in each slot is the lead truck or T1P for that spot. In the example above, Truck 5 is the lead truck for DAL1310. DAL3694 is a Priority flight and is in red. DAL1796 is a rear engine aircraft and requires an Inlet inspection.
