INTERCESSORY PRAYER GUIDE

"O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt His name together."

-Psalm 34:3

Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for your willingness to intercede on behalf of Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church, our pastors, staff, and ministries. It has been said that nothing of eternal significance happens apart from prayer. Afterall, it is prayer that connects our heart to the heart of God. We cannot do anything apart from God and therefore a strong and faithful prayer life within the church is critical.

Our vision is that prayer would be a part of the DNA at our church – that it would be

foundational to and saturate every aspect of the individual and corporate life at LCPC. You are an integral part of this vision.

The heart of this guide is to help you pray consistently and intentionally over time for the purposes of the Lord at LCPC. This prayer guide is intended to be a tool you can use as you intercede on behalf of the church. It contains suggested prayers and requests. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of prayers or requests. It is, in fact, a work-in-progress - a “living” document which we will occasionally update with new prayer requests as the Holy Spirit leads and as the needs arise. We hope you will take advantage of this tool as you pray faithfully, fervently, and hopefully.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please send us an email at [email protected].

Thank you, again, for your participation in what God is doing at LCPC. Let us pray in faith with hope and certainty that God is accomplishing His purposes for His glory. We look forward to what God has in store for us as we pray!
