Install, sign in and view account balances

1. On your mobile device, visit www.MyGWB.com/mobile and select the appropriate link to directly access

the Great Western Bank Mobile App on the app store for your device -or- use the app store on your mobile device and search for ‘Great Western Bank Mobile Banking’

2. Install the Mobile App on your device

3. Open the Mobile App on your mobile device 4. Select Sign In from the mobile banking menu

5. Enter your unique mobile banking Username and Password and select the Sign In button

6. Once you have successfully signed in, your account balances will appear on the Accounts1 screen. Use the Menu button at the top of the screen to access the Main Menu.

View your accounts

1. From the Accounts screen, select an account to view a list of recent activity or transactions 2. Select a transaction on the Activity screen to view more details

Search transactions by amount, date or check

1. To find a specific transaction, select View Accounts1 from the Main Menu 2. To search for an amount, select the account to search on the Accounts screen 3. You can search any account by Amount, Date or Check

4. On the Activity2 screen select the Amount button3

5. When the Search by Amount screen appears, enter the Low Amount and the High Amount range, and

then select the Search button

Transfer money between your accounts

1. In the Main Menu, select the Transfer Funds1 option

2. On the Transfer Funds screen, select the Transfer Funds option. You can also View Recent Transfers and

View Scheduled Transfers here.

3. Now you will need to select the Transfer From account, the Transfer To account, the Amount and the Date to initiate the transfer. Once those four fields are completed, select the Transfer2 button to proceed. 4. You will receive a confirmation message when we have received the transfer information

Pay your bills

1. In the Main Menu, select the Bill Pay option

2. On the Bill Pay screen, select the Schedule a Payment option. You can also

View Recent Payments and View Scheduled Payments here.

3. Now you will need to select the Payee2, the From account, the Amount and

the Date to initiate the payment. Once those four fields are completed, select the Pay3 button to proceed. 4. You will receive a confirmation message when we have received the bill pay information

Helpful tip:

You cannot schedule a bill payment to process on a holiday or weekend.

Locate a branch or ATM near you

1. From the Main Menu, select the Find Locations1 option

2. You can search by your Current Location2 using the GPS function on our mobile device, or you can search

by a ZIP Code or Address. Select ZIP Code or Address and enter your search criteria

3. In the Search By field3, select one of the three options: ATM or Branch, ATM, Branch

4. Select the Search button to see a list4 of locations starting with the location nearest your search address 5. Select a location to view the location details

6. If you would like directions to the selected location, press the Directions5 button

View and manage your mobile banking alerts

1. From the Main Menu select View Alerts1 2. The current alerts will be displayed

3. Select the Edit2 button to make changes to the alert settings

4. First, select the type of alerts to edit - General Alerts or account-specific. 5. Then select the name of the alert to edit and complete the information 6. When an alert is active, a green checkmark3 will appear next to it
