Dear patients and friends of the Alpstein Clinic,

During summer all we want to think about is vacation, sun, beach and relaxation. But unfortunately the general mood in society is still clouded by „COVID 19 issues“ and controversies. We have been working diligently at the Alpstein Clinic – we have managed our increasing flow of patients and have also been happy about the expanding number of international guests. However, international travel is still difficult.

The time was also amply used for conceptual improvement of our diagnostic and therapeutic services with the perennial goal of achieving the fastest path to improvement and cure of chronic conditions for our patients.

This newsletter gives you an insight into our optimized environmental analytics and the treatment options that can be derived from them.

On behalf of the Alpstein Clinic team,

Dr. R. Oettmeier Chief physician

Many billions of lymph cells flow through our body. Of these, the smallest part is in the blood, as the following figure shows. Most immune cells cavort in the more than 600 lymph nodes, the spleen, the bone marrow, the intestinal wall, the thymus and the spleen.

About 700,000 lymph cells pass through one lymph node alone every day. They have multiple functions and are core elements of the defense against disease-promoting viruses (including COVID-19), specific bacteria (e.g. tuberculosis, Lyme bacteria and syphilis), fungi and finally cancer cells.

A distinction is made between so-called B and T lymphocytes. The first group forms the antibodies (=immunoglobulins) and

the T lymphocytes matured in the thymus are trained for immune management for specific defensive tasks. For example, there are the T helper cells, the regulatory T cells, the natural

„killer cells“ and finally the so-called memory lymphocytes (= T memory cells).

Lymphocytes, along with granulocytes (bacteria defense) and macrophages (phagocytes), are the only cells that are motile and penetrate all body parts, tissues, organs and even the brain.

The most important groups of lymphatic cells are shown in the following figure from our book

We have known for a long time how significant environmental toxins are as disease-causing factors. Since 1950, about 450,000 (Source: KMT Continuing Education Course - Presentation) new chemical substances have entered the environment and their significance for our health, respectively triggering all possible chronic disease and cancer is still in its infancy.

Nevertheless, research can now clearly name many substances with regard to their toxicological profile (poisoning).

The American platform „ATSDR“ provides extensive information on toxins (poisons) in correlation with diseases and publishes every 2 years a ranking of the most toxic substances.

Toxin diagnostics in immune cells

Pollutant analysis at the Alpstein Clinic

Toxin diagnostics in immune cells: a long desired innovation becomes reality.

Despite a variety of efforts by holistic physicians, the acceptance in the medical profession of toxins in the body as a major cause of disease

has so far fallen short of expectations.

The insufficient scientific acceptance of hair mineral analysis, SO-Check hand scan (oligoscan) or chelate mobilization test is also responsible for this.

However, thanks to intensive research in the field of analytics, it has now been possible to determine the content of toxic substances of all kinds in lymphocytes with a precision of

98 (!) percent. This is an „intracellular, electrical capacitive measurement“. Until now, this was only common in wet chemistry. However, microchip technology has created considerable potential in fluid measurement, so that the system of measuring fluid substances, taking into account the metal-binding proteins, can also be applied to all kinds of other

chemical substances.(proteins, metals, organic substances) could be transferred (1-4).

The following example shows a measurement result of the „Top 24 Environmental Toxins“

from the area of heavy metals and organic environmental toxins. It should be noted here that the concentration of the pollutants is in the range „nmol/l“, which corresponds exactly to the concentration ranges of hormones and messenger substances in the nervous system.

Ideally, the measured values should be below 10 nmol/l, which is rather rare. Frequently, the toxins are found in the borderline range (= borderline), which in total can also

attain medical significance. The laboratory cooperating with us offers a range of about 900 contaminants from 21 substance classes.

One of our patients with chronic weakness, skin eczema, recurrent infections, depression, and hormonal imbalances has approximately 300 pollutants in her lymphocyte measurements.

What surprised us was that it showed only 1 percent with normal values, whereas more than 50 percent showed borderline or elevated levels of toxins.

n many cases, in addition to occupational and private exposure to sources of toxins, such high levels of pollutants are also due to genetic

or epigenetic weaknesses of the excretory enzymes. This can also be analyzed very well in the meantine.

Reduction of pollutant loads

All patients listed below and in detail suffered from chronic complaints, which persisted despite extensive classical as well as naturopathic treatment efforts.

Only the pollutant analysis in the lymphocytes

opened the chance for a causal, profound treatment. Here are a few patient examples that make us sit up and take notice.

CASE 1: Woman, 59 years

Diagnoses: Polymyalgia rheumatica, Hashimoto‘s thyroiditis

In the „top 24 pollutant analysis“ are increased nickel, aluminum, antimony, fumigadine, organic mercury, PBB and other 5 toxic substances in the borderline range

CASE 2: Woman, 40 years

Diagnoses: anxiety syndrome, reactive depression, chronic fatigue, chronic infections, multiple food allergies.

In the „top 24 pollutant analysis“, cadmium, antimony, and formaldehyde are elevated and another 5 toxic substances are in the borderline range

CASE 3: Man, 45 years

Diagnoses: chronic irritable bowel, irritable bladder, prostatitis, recurrent infections.

The „top 2 pollutant analysis“ shows increased levels of aflatoxin B, formaldehyde, chlorotoluene, fumigadine, mercury, cadmium, nickel, lead, nitrosamine, triclosan and 5 other toxic substances in the borderline range.

CASE 4: Woman, 52 years

Diagnoses: general cognitive performance decline, propensity to chronic viral and fungal infections, multiple chemical sensitivity syndrome.

The „top 24 pollutant analysis“ includes formaldehyde, chlorotoluene, diesel exhaust, organic mercury, nickel, chromium VI, lindane, glyphosate and another 10 toxic substances in the borderline range

CASE 5: Woman, 39 years

Diagnoses: multiple allergies (food, grasses, animal dander)

In the „top 24 pollutant analysis“, aflatoxin B, CTABr, diesel exhaust, organic mercury, antimony, glyphosate as well as phthalates and a further 9 toxic substances in the borderline range

CASE 6: Woman, 22 years

Diagnoses: chronic sinusitis with obstructed nasal breathing, fatigue, multiple food allergies.

In the „top 24 pollutant analysis“, formaldehyde, chlorotoluenes, organic mercury, aluminum, lindane, benzoquinones, BPP, phthalates as well as triclosan and a further 4 toxic substances in the borderline range

CASE 7: Woman, 64 years

Diagnoses: Breast cancer (early stage)

In the „top 24 pollutant analysis“, aflatoxin B, CTABr, lindane, phthalates as well as triclosan and further 12 toxic substances in the borderline range

CASE 8: Woman, 55 years

Diagnoses: multiple thromboses, embolism and brain sleep, polycythemia, fatigue syndrome, hormonal disorders and nail mycosis.

The „top 24 pollutant analysis“ includes formaldehyde, cadmium, aluminum, PBB, eiphenols, phthalates, nitrosamine, triclosan and 13 other toxic substances in the borderline range.

... and many more.

Of course, the best diagnostics are of little use if effective, adequate therapies are not also available.

In this area the concept of the Alpstein Clinic has very extensive possibilities:

Two case studies underline the efficiency of our approach:

1

Targeted prevention of exposure to pollutants through meaningful information material.

2

General stimulation of elimination and detoxification (drink more, stimulation of organs through natural remedies, algae, zeolite and antioxidants).

3

Stimulating bowel elimination through colon hydrotherapy (form of colonic irrigation), coffee enemas, liver cleansing and therapeutic fasting.

4

Detoxification infusions with chelates and biological substances.

5

INUSpherese® as probably the most efficient method of separating harmful substances from the blood (see also on our homepage at:

www.alpstein-clinic.ch/therapiekonzept/inuspherese/ )

CASE 1: Man, 72 years

Diagnoses: early stage Alzheimer‘s disease, hypertension, condition after glaucoma surgery.

Execution of 2 INUSpheresis, post-treatment with herbal detoxification agents.

In the „top 24 contaminant analysis“ of the INUSpherese® filtrate are increased.

A few weeks after the therapy, the patient reports that he is largely free of symptoms and that his vitality has improved significantly.

CASE 2: Woman, 67 years

Diagnoses: chronic, therapy-resistant right thoracic spine pain, hormonal disorders, exhaustion.

The „top 24 pollutant analysis“ of the INUSpherese®

filtrate shows an increase in aluminum, lead, fumigadine, fungisterol A, lindane, nitrosamine and 8 other organic substances in the borderline range.

The patient reports freedom from back pain just a few days after the second treatment, which continues for the next few months. She feels like „at least 10 years younger“. The chronic back pain was obviously caused by a chronic, toxic liver load with radiation in the reflex zone of the lower thoracic spine.
