OEMServices is a joint venture created by four major OEMs (Thales,

The JV provides the airlines with a single point-of-contact for component

availability services, component support and logistics services. OEMServices has developed an extended partnership

platform, incorporating more than 15 OEM Partners and Shareholders, making OEMServices a major player in

Airlines services.
