1. Introduction

The ICOS Accounts Online system allows you to view details of and produce statements for your ICOS prepaid account. It also allows you to top up your prepaid account online using a credit or debit card.

You need to use the website login name allocated to you by the Northern Ireland Courts & Tribunals Service which is associated with your ICOS Account. This login requires a username, password and PIN to access this service. If you are currently using your ICOS Account for our other online services then you will already know these details. If you don't currently use your ICOS Account for other online services, call the ICOS Team on 028 9072 8830 who will setup your username, password and PIN for you.

The account details available to you are updated in real time so you can produce statements which are completely up-to-date.
